Good morning, friends! Amy Copeland here with a Summery card featuring a Fall-themed stamp set by Concord & 9th. I love this Grateful For Everything stamp set, so I started by stamping the large floral cluster onto 110 lb smooth white cardstock with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored it in with Copic Markers. I'm not especially pleased with the way the flowers turned out, but they look better in person and practice makes perfect, right? :) After coloring in the floral and leaves cluster, I put the paper back in my MISTI and re-stamped it using VersaMark ink, then heat embossed over the VersaMark using gold embossing powder and my heat tool.
I then used the coordinating die set for Grateful for Everything to cut out the cluster. I used a Stitched Rectangle die to cut a card front out of light blue card stock and lightly stenciled a tone-on-tone background using the MFT Stamps Captivating Mandala Stencil. It's hard to see it in the picture since it's such a light ink.
I lined up the sentiment from the Grateful for Everything stamp set in my MISTI and stamped it using the Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I popped up the floral cluster onto the card front using Foam Tape.
I created a card base of the 110 lb card stock measuring 5.5 x 4 1/4" and adhered the light blue panel using Tombow Mono Multi glue. The final touch was a scattering of Jade Crystals by Studio Katia, which I also adhered using the same liquid glue.
