If you're like me, you've always got a full cart just waiting in the wings of the shop heehee!! Today we're not talking about "NEW" items though! I'm pulling out a few "oldies but goodies" from my stash today and making them the stars of the show! Here is a look at my cards:
Now, if you follow me on Insta, you know that I'm currently OBSESSED with Mama Elephant's Little Signage Agenda Stamp Set!! I've wanted it for so long!! It was released quite a while ago as a freebie if you purchased a certain amount from their shop - which, alas, means that I did not get it :(.
I prefer to buy from shops like Butterfly Reflections Ink because I feel like it's really important to support shops like Vanessa's (WOOT-WOOT GIRL BOSS!!!)!
Anyway, I thought I'd give the adorable Little Signage critters a break and pull out the Mama Elephant Party Animal Stamp Set and their coordinating dies as well as the Little Bunny Agenda Stamp Set and their coordinating dies. SO. CUTE. I love that little bunny in the shipping box and decided to also pull out Lawn Fawn's Special Delivery Box Add-On Stamp Set and the coordinating dies along with their Special Delivery Stamp Set and the coordinating die set to add a few fun additions such a the box, heart, and letters.
I stamped all of these images using the Ink on 3 Hybrid Detail Black Ink and colored them using Copic Markers, then I die cut all of the images, and added a bit of white details with a white Gelly Roll Pen.
Next I cut a piece of Lawn Fawn's Paper Bag card stock to 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 and dug out a few stencils by Lawn Fawn to create a few fun backgrounds with Distress Oxide Inks (here I've used Victorian Velvet and Antique Linen). I love the creamy effect it has on the kraft colored paper! Finally I used the Mama Elephant Film Strip Die that can be found in the Slim Film City Creative Cuts die set to set the scene for my critters. I finished the card off with a bit of golden sparkle using the Gansai Tambi Starry Colors watercolor palate!
I hope you enjoyed my cards and that they inspire you to mix your stamp sets and pull out the "oldies". have a great day!!
