Hello, friends! It's Andrea visiting with you today, and I'm delighted to be here. How is the weather where you are? It's finally starting to feel like spring here, which means it's time for my family to dust off our bikes (and inflate the tires) and hit the trails! Spring is our favorite time to go for bike rides, which inspired today's card. 'Hope you like it!
I had lots of fun getting inky with the background! I used MFT's Drifts and Hills Stencil and the following colors of distress ink: Salty Ocean, Peeled Paint, Mowed Lawn, and Tea Dye. Using Versafine Onyx Black ink (my favorite ink for sentiments!), I stamped a sentiment from Ride with Me and die-cut the panel with Waffle Flower Craft's Lacy Layers 2 Die Set.
After adhering my background to a white card, I popped up my colored images with foam tape. Now, you know me, I had to add some details with a white gel pen. I also added some shading under the bicycle with my Copics.
That's all from me today. I hope you have a wonderful week!
Those adorable images are from Neat & Tangled's Ride with Me stamp set. I just love their critters! I stamped those cuties with Memento Tuxedo Black ink, colored them with Copics, and cut them out.
