Hello crafty friends, it's Veronica here! Have you left for your holidays yet? As I'm waiting august to finally go to the seaside, I'm making some summer cards and I thought these cute fishes by Studio Katia would be perfect! To create my card, I first stamped my images in Memento Tuxedo Black ink on a piece of Transotype paper, colored them with my Copic Ciao markers and fussy cut them.
For the background I smooshed some Peacock Feathers and Salty Ocean Distress Ink, plus I splattered some drops of Blueprint Sketch on a piece of watercolor paper. They're difficult to spot, but I also added some drops of Glossy Accents. I die cut a rectangular panel from a white card stock and I created an oval window in the middle. I layered all the pieces with some foam to give dimension and I finished off my card with a black card stock base. The sentiment is from the same stamp set, stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with white powder.
