Hello there!
Samantha here again, and today I'm super excited about the card I get to share with you all!
I used the negative from this Scripty Hello die and lightly traced the word with a pencil onto my card base. Then I poked holes about 1/4 inches along the pencil line! After I erased the pencil line I went in and backstitched up the sentiment!
And what do you think of those papers? All of the paper piecing is from the Echo Park Hello Again paper collection. LOOOOOVE it!
Samantha here again, and today I'm super excited about the card I get to share with you all!
I used lots of Lawn Fawn for my card - and guess what? All of the Lawn Fawn goodies can be found right in the store!
I used the insta-frame from the Awesome stamp set, and then layered a bunch of them so they looked like a bunch of gathered pictures! The US map (one of my FAVORITE images ever!) was placed inside one of the frames and that image is from Wish You Were Here! I added wink of stella and glossy accents to two of the states (the sender and recipient!) to add a little subtle touch of love!
To create the sentiment I hand stitched on my card! Now, I use my sewing machine all of the time, but I haven't ever tried the hand stitched technique that is so popular now! And I LOOOOVE it!! It was so fun and easy to do!
SOOO easy and super fun! I think I have a new favorite technique!!
Have you ever thought about trying to sew on your cards? It's super easy with these kits from Amy Tangerine!
And what do you think of those papers? All of the paper piecing is from the Echo Park Hello Again paper collection. LOOOOOVE it!
Leave me a link to your card with stitching on it! I would love to check it out and leave some love!
Enjoy!
