Hey all, Jung here! How has your day been going? Today, I have a pink scrapbook layout and a pink card to share with you.
First up, is my happy birthday card:
I absolutely love these stamp sets from Altenew! I used Wild Hibiscus, and Label Love. First I cut a piece of water color paper to an A2 sized panel. Then I stamped the flowers using Versafine Onyx Black ink. I added clear embossing powder and heat set. To water color the background, I used Tim Holtz distress inks in the colors: picked raspberry, spun sugar, ripe persimmon, and scattered straw.
I stamped the happy sentiment, which is from Lawn Fawn's Winter Penguin stamp set. I then cut out a stitched rectangle panel from the middle. I attached the outer portion to a card base, then I popped up the inner portion with some foam tape to add dimension. On a separate piece of scrap card stock, I stamped the birthday label with Versafine, added clear embossing powder, heat set, and then cut it out. I attached the label with more foam tape. To finish off my card, I added some gold sequins and stars from Lucy's gold dust mix.
On to my Friends Forever layout:

On to my Friends Forever layout:
The older girls have been friends since they started dance when they were 3. You could say that the younger girls were born into friendship, lol!
My favorite scrapbook products are white card stock, 6x6 paper pads, ephemera, and alpha stickers. My favorite line of all time is Dear Lizzy by American Crafts. You will usually find these items on all of my scrap layouts!
Most of the patterned paper diamonds are from Dear Lizzy's Fine & Dandy 6x6 paper pad. The fruit, drink, and "you make my heart smile" circle are from the Fine & Dandy ephemera pack. I stamped out a frame from Lawn Fawn's flirty frames stamp set, and cut it out with the matching dies. I cut it in half, and added to each side of my photo. I also used the heart from the stamp set to add a little love to my layout. I love how most Lawn Fawn stamps include little hearts or stars in their stamp sets. The alpha stickers are from Amy Tangerine's Yes please sticker book.
That's it for me friends! Happy Wednesday!
Both the card and the layout is stunning! Love them! TFS..! :)

ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeletethat's a really lovely card! Can I ask what brand of stitched rectangle die you used that gives you the 2 rows of stitching please? There is a row of stitching on both the die cut rectangle and the negative,
thank you,
