Hi there and happy Tuesday to you!
This is Tanya from Studio 5380 to share a magical birthday card with you today.
My youngest granddaughter, Hannah, is turning 4 years old in a couple of weeks. I love that she loves sparkles, glitter and princesses because it gave me a chance to create a card with the adorable Once Upon A Time stamp set by My Favorite Things:
I really love the way this turned out - this stamp set is so much fun to work with.
To get started, I cut out my scalloped background panel using the MFT Die-namics Blueprint #27 die set. Next, I created a shorter panel using the MFT Die-namics Rolling Hills die. I also used the Rolling Hills die to create a mask so that I could ink up some hills and clouds on my card background:
The grassy hills on my card were created with Distress Ink in Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn. To created the look of clouds, I used Distress Ink in Broken China along with the new Cloud Stencil from My Favorite Things.
After creating my background panels, the fun really started! I colored all my sweet images and gave everything a bit of sparkle with a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Tip Marker. To make my images really pop, I adhered them to my card with some Scotch Foam Mounting Tape.
I can't wait to give Hannah this magical birthday card!
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
I hope you have a magical day and I'll see you soon!
So sweet! LOVE the distressing and beautiful scene! great card! :)
