H i Friends!! It is Dana here today and I am so happy to be back on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink blog sharing a Christmas project with you all. I needed a few more gift card holders for my gift giving this year, so I pulled out some of my favorite stamps, dies and patterned paper to get started.
Such a fun and clever way to give a gift card.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas!!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
I started by using the Stocking Gift Card Holder Honey Cuts to die cut my stocking. I used the Sunny Studio Very Merry Paper Pack along with White Cardstock. Once everything was die cut I used Liquid Adhesive to assemble my stocking. I found the liquid glue to dry really quickly but still give me a little time to get everything lined up correctly. *Your gift card attaches to the inside piece of your stocking, the piece that slides in and out.
Next, I used the Avery Elle Snow Fun Clear Stamps to stamp my snowmen for the front of my stockings. I colored my images with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.
Lastly, I stamped my sentiment (from the Snow Fun stamp set) onto the top of my stocking and added a few snowflakes. I then attached my snowmen with foam adhesive.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas!!
Enjoy your day,
Dana
