Strawberry Jam Picnic Card with Christy

Hello friends! It's Christy here with a sweet card featuring a friendly picnic in a strawberry patch. Doesn't it look like they're having the best day? I wish I could join them. I used the adorable Hello Bluebird Strawberry Jam set and colored my images with Copic Markers, then trimmed them out with the matching dies.

For the focal panel, I used the Lawn Fawn Stitched Scalloped Rectangle Frames and die cut it out of white cardstock. I set aside the frame and used the center piece to do a simple Copic colored background that even a beginner could do! It really was so easy! 

The Carta Bella Summer Market 6x6 pad had this gorgeous strawberry pattern that was just meant to live on this card, so I trimmed that down with the Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables and adhered it to my card base. Then I glued down my colored background and popped the frame up with Scotch 3M foam tape. 

I trailed my strawberry vines up the frame then added my images with Tombow Mono Multi Glue. I stamped a sentiment from Meadow Bunnies in Versafine Onyx Black Ink and finished off the card with a little Glossy Accents on the jam and jam jar. I also stamped one of the Field Mice on the inside with Lawn Fawn's Merman Ink.
