Butterfly Reflections, Ink

 Happiest Thursday, crafters!!  Heather here with you today and I'm sharing a card that I recently created for my husband!  March 24th was our 21st (wedding) anniversary and, I thought, that required an extra special card! To create this one-of-a-kind interactive card I used Lawn Fawn's *NEW* Platform Pop-Up Lawn Cuts die set!!  So much fun!!  It seems that this die set would be super complicated to use - BUT IT'S NOT!!  The tutorial over on the Lawn Fawn YouTube Channel is SO helpful!  I can't wait to also pick up the special Pop-Up Add-On  Lawn Cuts from the Butterfly Reflections Ink Shop.  It's looks like such a fun way to add elements to this fun pop-up card!  Here is a sneak peek of my card: First things first: I have to confess that I've been hoarding the Pink Paislee/America Crafts "Lucky Us" 6x8 paper pad for the LONGEST TIME!!!!  I just love the fun patterns so much and they're really perfect for a lovey-dovey anniversary card!  I us

Hello! I used the adorable You Goat This stamp set and dies by Lawn Fawn to make this card. I stamped everything with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink, and colored with my Copic markers. I colored the hay bale to be fresh alfalfa for the goats to munch on. I used the Little Picket Fence Border Die and the Grassy Hillside Border Dies to make the background. I used the fabulous Mini Slimline Essentials Bundle by PinkFresh Studio for the stitched rectangle. That set is so great! Oh, and I used my favorite Sakura Gelly Roll pen for the white accents. Sup Guys! It’s Marie Back on the blog to wish you a very Happy Spring!!! And what better way to celebrate spring than with a Springtime dimensional Easter Box Card featuring some adorably colorfulEaster-bunny gnomes!  Today’s Card features the  "Spring Time Gnomes"  stampset from My Favorite Things and its corresponding  Die-Namics .  The box card dies I used to create my card is the  Slim Scenescape Builder Creative Cuts  from Mama Elephant. The half circle back panel is from the Scene Scape Add on also from Mama Elephant called  Slim Scenescape Rainbow Add on Creative Cuts .  One of my favorite things about this card is the adorable gnome house! This die cut set from My Favorite Things is called  Gnome Place Like Home  Die-Namics, and it’s absolutely wonderful and whimsical! If you love paper piecing like I do, you’ll love all the different dies that cut out so many fun elements to color and layer!  For my “Hoppy Easter” sentiment, I used the Trinity Stamps  Graham Cracker

 Hi everyone! It's Cassie from Creatively Cass here and I'm back to share another card with you. Today's card is one that I was inspired to make based on the fact that my boyfriend and my anniversary is coming up! We're both pizza lovers, so the Pizza My Heart stamp set by Lawn Fawn seemed like a no brainer. Let's jump in :)  I started the card by using the MFT Watercolor Wash Square stencil, and some new Distress Oxide colors I recently picked up from BRI. On the bottom corner I blended Kitsch Flamingo and for the top I used Salvaged Patina . These colors blended together beautifully. I couldn't believe how lovely these new colors were. I splattered some paint over the square and let it dry.  Next I stamped out the pizza images from the Pizza My Heart stamp set. I loved making my own pizzas with all the toppings. I made a couple of our fave combos - it's making me hungry just to think about! I don't have the dies for these, so I just used some scissor

Happy Monday! Gladys here with a cute birthday card featuring products from Mama Elephant. To begin I started with a A2 size panel cut from Bristol Smooth cardstock. Then I used the  Columbus Circle  die to cut in the center of the top panel. I inked blended the negative using distress oxide inks in  wilted violet  and  peacock feathers .  I stamped and colored a few of the critters from Celebration Hamsters stamp set. I used copic markers to color them and used the coordinating dies to cut them out.  Next I used the Quick Stripes dies to cut from colored cardstocks to coordinate with the colors I used on the images. I don't like a lot of white space on my card so this was a quick and easy way to add color and make a statement.  I backed all the images with double sided foam tape before adhering them in place. Then I white heat embossed the sentiment on the inked panel. Finally, I used glossy accents to add shine on the balloons and cake then some highlights using a white gel

 Hello Friends Waleska Galindo from craftinglovew here super happy to be back, to share with you a cute card with lots of different Lawn Fawn sets for Easter. CARD DETAILS: For this card I wanted to create an Easter scene, I first cut a white window from the Window Frame die and some curtains from the Perfectly Plaid Rainbow paper pack I also added some acetate for a more realistic look on the window.  I wanted to create an outdoor scene.  I stamped and color images from Easter Before 'n Afters, Furry and Bright, Butterfly kisses and Hoppy Easter. On a white card base I started creating my scene by using a brick stencil with Oxide Ink in color Pumice Stone and a Lawn Fawn grass die on green cardstock and Mowed Lawn Oxide ink.   I then adhered the window to this panel and the cute easter basket.  In the outside of the scene I glue the doggies some butterflies and eggs.  I finished this card with my sentiment Happy Easter.   Hello crafty friends and happy Saturday!  I hope you all have fun things planned for the weekend ahead.  This is Crystal Komara here, one of the "old," though I much prefer the term original ; )  DT members for Butterfly Reflections, Ink!   I'm always happy to come back and share with you what I'm creating.   Today I have a slimline card featuring all of the fun  Oh Gnome  characters from Lawn Fawn .  I know, I know, it's not part of the super cool new Lawn Fawn release , but I have been working really hard at using some of the many, many stamps that I own that haven't been used and this set is one of them.  Plus, it's always great to see some of the old things become new again!  This Lawn Fawn Mushroom House is still one of my favorites.  I've been dying to make a Smurf themed card using this fun die set too!! Hello everyone! 💗 One more week I am back to show you a new card that created, this time with Hello Bluebird stamps, I am a big fan of this brand!! I have used a cut die, Slim Stitched Scallop model from Pinkfresh Studio, then with the Distres Oxide inks, I have given color to the background, with the tones  Prize Ribbon ,  Tumbled Glass  and  Pumice Stone . These beautiful animals with umbrellas are the set of stamps  Rain Or Shine  of Hello Bluebird 💗 To give some details to the background, I have made splashes with water and with white ink! I used the stamp that contains the set to simulate the rain, to stamp the stamp I used the ink VersaMark   pad  with embossing powders de Wow! 😊 And to finish a few drops of Nuvo  Morning Dew , for the feeling I have used the feeling of the stamp set Raindrops Falling  of Clearly Bessoted! Hello crafty friends, Tina here. Since I started my card making hobby in 2015 I have always been a big fan of cute critters and I just love the adorable birdies in this sweet Sunny Studio set . For my main panel I used the Concord & 9th Stitched Heart Card Front die and the biggest Hero Arts Infinity circle die that would fit. I created additional ‘tunnel panels’ slightly smaller than the heart panel using the smaller circle dies and papers in different shades of green from my stash. I stamped all of my images with my Misti onto a sheet of Neenah Solar White 110lb Card Stock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored them with Copic Markers. Copic colors used Birds        RV13, RV14, E41, R20 Birdhouse    E41, E42, E43, E44, BG11, BG34 Branch     W1, W3, W5 For the background I inked up a Neenah panel with Kitsch Flamingo distress oxide ink and added some splatters with Picked Raspberry Oxide ink .  Hi everyone! It's Cassie from Creatively Cass back again today to share a cute and simple card. I usually love coloring in critters, but we've had some beautiful weather here lately and I wanted to do something bright and sunny.  I started the card for today with some Distress Oxide ink blending. I used Peacock Feathers , Tumbled Glass , Mermaid Lagoon and a wave stencil like the Wave Maker Stencil  to create a sea-like scene. Next I splattered ink all over the card and let it dry completely.  I stamped the sentiment "ahoy" using the Waffle Flower Cutaway Alpha stamps and some VersaMark ink. To make it even easier I should have used the Cutaway Alpha dies !  To finish off the scene I wanted a cute sun in the sky. I used the Sun, Moon and Stars dies from Heffy Doodle. I wanted some sparkles on the card so I used some Chunky Glitter from Lawn Fawn to the sun with some glue. And that finished off my card! I hope you liked it. I'll be back again next week with a

Spring is definitely in the air (at least where I live) and I'm celebrating with this beautiful floral shaker card!  When I saw the   Spring Flowers backdrop   from Lawn Fawn I knew I had to have it. I have been loving all the unique die cuts that many crafting companies are coming up with and I find die cutting to be very relaxing.  To begin, I ink blended an A2 size panel cut from Bristol smooth cardstock. I used tattered rose and the new saltwater taffy distress oxide ink. I love this new ink, it's a lovely peach color and perfect for Spring. Next I used the Spring Flowers backdrop to cut twice from green cardstock. Whenever I work with intricate dies I like to stack a couple cardstock for stability. I inked the edges using lucky clover to add depth. The die also comes with different types of flowers which I cut from colored cardstock. I went with soft colors for a Spring pastel theme.     For the shaker element I back the panel with acetate and double-sided foam tape.

Hey Friends! It's Kelly Martin here. Thanks so much for joining me today while I share this bright and spring-y card! I've had a long-standing love with this Hanging With My Gnomies stamp set from My Favorite Things. I bought it several months ago and I was so excited for a chance to finally use it! I began by stamping out all the images on Bristol Smooth cardstock . I used Versafine Clair Nocturne ink to stamp the images because I knew I wanted to watercolor them. So after I stamped the images, I applied clear embossing powder and used my heat gun to melt the powder. (I prefer using embossed images for watercoloring because it helps keep the watercolors from blending in to each other because there's a thicker border for the ink to stay within the lines!)  After the stamping was complete, I used my Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers (along with water!) to color the images. Hello crafty friends! Davina here with some March BRI Moodboard inspiration. I created a teeny little Boxcard with an underwater scene and I hope you like it as much as I do. The colors this month are Heather, BlackBerry, Olive and Fir Green. It can often be intimidating to use color combos that you aren’t  familiar with, but let me assure you that these lovely shades of purple and green go beautifully together.  As always, the products I use for these posts are in stock at the  Butterfly Reflections Ink  online store. I used an ocean themed stamp set from  Avery Elle  called  Underwater Friends  and it’s  Coordinating dies , and the die set for the boxcard is the extremely versatile  Lawn Fawn Shadow Box  , with a scalloped frame from the  Ocean Add On .  I was going to create an inkblended background for the underwater interior, but I happened to rediscover a paper pad in my stash that has life-like alcohol ink patterns. One page happened to perfectly match the March Moodboard colors
