Hello Sunshine

Hi, it's Mona here! Today I will show a cute summer card with the Neat and Tangled Beach Day stamp set. First I stamped and colored my images with Copic Markers then I fussy cut them. The next step was the background. After I made the white card base, I cut a smaller paper from Yellow cardstock and made some splatters with brown watercolor . Then I made a Die Cut with the Outside In Stitched Rectangle Stackables Lawn Cuts (with the second largest) and colored the sea and summery sky with watercolor on it. The next step was the sand, I made it with the Stitched Hillside Borders Lawn Cuts and colored with watercolor too. Finally I Heat embossed the "Hello Sunshine" sentiment from the Beach Day stamp set with Altenew Pure White Crisp Embossing Powder , glued everything to the card base, and my card was ready. Thanks you so much for stopping, hope you enjoyed it. :) See you next Monday. Love, Mona

Oh Happy Day

Hi, everyone! I hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday, and for those of you waiting for Santa, I hope he treats you well! It's Cassie here, and I'm back to share a fun holiday card with you. The card for today could be used for a lot of wintery occasions, but I had a birthday in mind when I put it together. As you can see I made some cute little penguins into some balloons! I started by die cutting the Stitched Cloud Backdrops die from Lawn Fawn from some 120 lb Neenah Solar White card stock. I wanted my card to be nice and sturdy. I used the gold paint from my Gansai Tambi water color set to splatter some paint over the clouds. I wanted to tie in the gold that I was going to bring in later, and this added a little interest to the otherwise blank sky. Then I stamped the cutest little penguin from the Pink and Main set Warm Hug . These little guys are too cute for words. I stamped them with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them in with my Copic markers in som...

You Amaze Me

Hello, hello! I have an elegant floral card to share today, using a few products found in the store! I started by stamping the amazing rose image from Winnie & Walter's Anna's Florals stamp set, and colored in with Copic Markers. I trimmed them out, and outlined them with black marker. I then moved on to the background! The Next Level Embossing Folders from We R Memory Keepers, are amazing! I used the Geometric set for this, and when I had it finished, splattered it with a bit of Black Soot Distress Stain . After it dried, I adhered it to a white card base, and attached my flower, leaf combo, along with a sentiment strip of black card stock, and white embossing. I chose a sweet sentiment from MFT's fabulous Whimsical Greetings stamp set. Lastly, I added a few gems! I hope you were inspired today! Thanks so much for stopping by!
