Heart Garden Thank You with Lawn Fawn and Mama Elephant

 Hello crafty friends and welcome to my very last post for this term on the BRI design team! I had a blast creating all these cards for you and am so thankful for this experience. Huge thanks to Vanessa for blessing me with this opportunity (again)! So I wanted to make a thank you card as my last card! I looove the new Heart Garden Border from Lawn Fawn's latest release, especially since I can use it for other occasions besides Valentine's Day. I combined it with the Big Thank You So Much from Mama Elephant and the adorable Bicycle Built for You set from Lawn Fawn. I cut out the background panel from Lawn Fawn paper using the Mama Elephant Cloud Nine die.  A note about the sentiment: I ink blended pink cardstock, then I cut out the sentiment. I like ink blending first because I find it hard to ink blend narrow paper like the letters in this sentiment. I also get a more even gradient this way. A Very Merry Unbirthday to You!

Hi everyone, Peggy here! You have only one birthday each year, but there are 364 UN-birthdays to celebrate (and even more in a leap year)! So I am probably right wishing you a very merry unbirthday today! Thanks for visiting the blog to see how I made this Alice in Wonderland inspired card! I started by looking through my Lawn Fawn stamp sets to find stamps I could use for the Mad Hatter's tea party. I used Gleeful Gardens (plants, mushrooms), Bicycle Built for You (boy, girl and top hat), A Creature was Stirring (plates, cookies), Forest Feast (large tree stump, milk jug, mushroom), Octopi My Heart (bow tie), Easter Before and After (white rabbit), Den Sweet Den (book stacks, cups). I stamped everything using Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink and colored with my copics. The boy was mirror stamped using a piece of acetate and I traced the lines with a black fineliner. Hi cute friends! I’m Saedi and I am soooo excited for the chance to be blogging here with Butterfly Reflections, Ink. I’m a huge fan of the talent they share and of course, the amazing products in the shop !
