Jump for Joy Wiggly Wobble Card!

Hi crafty friends! Have you ever made an action wobble card? It's been around for a while and it's a simple concept-- stick an image on a wobbly spring and watch it wiggle jiggle! This cute hedgehog from the oldie-but-goodie Lawn Fawn set Jump for Joy was perfect for my wobbly card today! You can buy action wobble springs or you can make your own! Here is a short video tutorial I made so you can make your very own action wobble.  I love the idea of jumping into a pile of fall leaves, but where I live, most of our trees do not change colors and I don't get to make big piles of leaves. So I will just make a fall birthday card about it! There are several stamp sets out there with lovely leaf pile stamps (like Mama Elephant's Jump for Joy ) but I decided to use masking to create my own big pile of leaves. I colored all the images with Copic markers, and then I fussy cut the leaves and die cut the hedgehog. For the background, I first ink blended the sky with Distress ox

Halloween Wishes boxcard with Davina

Hello crafty friends! I thought I’d pop in here with a cute Halloween Boxcard using the latest Pretty Pink Posh release. It’s so fun and easy to create a full boxcard using the MFT stamps Outside the Box Level Up die sets. I love to stamps tons of images and put them all in and around the cute box cards.  For this Spooky treat I cut and assembled the box from thick sturdy black cardstock, and cut some grass and hill inserts from scraps strips of patterned and glitter paper that I had on my desk. I cut the stitched background arch from some bristol smooth cardstock, then used the  Layered Candy Corn Stencil  from Pretty Pink Posh with  Carved Pumpkin ,  Kitsch Flamingo , and  Antique Linen  distress oxides. I distressed the edge of the cut out and splattered black ink onto the panel. Next, I added a PPP   Stitched Spider Web  that I die cut from glitter cardstock. I adhered this onto the back over the side tabs, that adhered the 4 inserts evenly

Superhero Cuties Assemble!

Hi crafty friends! Before I begin my schpeel about my card, I wanted to make sure you shop the BRI Labor Day Sale!!! It's ends today so be sure to shop shop shop! I was so excited that Clearly Besotted came out with these adorable superhero plushies in the August release. I mean, c'mon, how cute are they?!? And my kids love these stamps so buying this stamp set was a no brainer! So I decided to make a fairly simple card that highlights the cute images... and I chose just the Marvel characters because Marvel + DC does not exist in my universe hahaha 😂. (I'll have to make a DC card another day!)  If you are on Instagram, you probably have seen Alberto's amazing Copic coloring and he colored up these images  like a boss! Full disclosure: I used his images as a guide for my own coloring because I am not a coloring genius like he is! Mine are definitely not like his masterful art, but I was pretty glad they still turned out looking like the Avengers! (Although Thor's b
