Spring Coffee Lover's Blog Hop

Thanks for joining us for the Spring/Summer Coffee Lover's blog hop. You can start the hop HERE . Grab a cup and join us! Hello, crafty friends! I'm so happy having a chance to be still here with you today sharing a coffee themed card I made using different stamp sets by one of my favorite brand: The Greeting Farm. I started stamping images from "Frappe-y-Anya FB" and "Coffee Anya FB" stamp sets with Raven hybrid ink by LDRS , I colored them with alcohol markers and I fussy cut them. I then die cut a stitched 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" rectangle from white cardstock, I created my own pattern stamping several time coffee cups and sentiment from "Miss Anya Coffee Break" stamp set with Lawn Fawn Manatee ink and I blended borders with picked raspberry Distress Oxide ink (I also splattered it a bit on it). I die cut "HELLO COFFEE" with Heffy Doodle "Stitched Alphabetters" die set three times from L...

You're Furtastic

Hello, Butterfly Reflections Ink friends! It's Cassie here from Creatively Cass, and I'm so happy to be back on the BRI blog to share a card I made with you. One of my fave things about being back on the blog is getting a chance to use all the goodies I purchased from Vanessa in the shop. There aren't enough hours in the day! Today I made a card using a stamp set that has been calling my name from The Greeting Farm. Isn't this so bright and fun?! I just love those little ladies and their kitten friends. I started the card by stamping the center girl from Hey Pretty Kitty Stamp . I made a mask for her and then stamped her two friends next to her with MFT's Extreme Black ink because it is Copic friendly. Then I colored them in with some really simple Copic combos. I wanted this little trio to really pop so I used the Heffy Doodle Clover Frame Dies to cut them out. I used a couple gray and tan copics to create a ground, but for the sky I ink blended Broken Chi...

You're SPEC-tacular!

Welcome back friends!   Kari  with you once more to share this card featuring a new set from  The Greeting Farm  called You're Spectacular!  This set makes me happy as I, myself am a glasses wearer and what is so fun about this set is that there is different styles of glasses.   So, I took advantage of this, and used three of the different styles of glasses and created a background with it.  I first prepped my white card panel with my powder tool and I wanted to emboss these images with white embossing powder.  I randomly stamped out the glasses all over the panel, and then coated them with the embossing powder, and then used my heat tool to set the powder.  Then, I chose three colors of Distress Oxide inks to do the emboss resist technique.  I used  Twisted Citron ,  Salty Ocean  and  Wilted Violet .  I absolutely love these colors together!!  So YUMMY!!  And, these inks blend so effortlessly!...

Hope Today is Light & Bright

Good morning everyone and happy Tuesday to you! This is Tanya from Studio 5380 sharing a bright, happy card with you today: Isn't this little girl adorable? She is from the Mega - Mini Lift Off stamp set by The Greeting Farm.  I colored my images with Copic markers and cut them out with the coordinating Mega - Mini Lift Off Dies.   Next, I gave my images a bit of sparkle with a Clear Wink of Stella Brush Tip Marker. I wanted my sweet little girl to look like she was being lifted up into the clouds.  So I created an airy background by making cloud masks with the Die-namics Cloud 9 dies by My Favorite Things.  After placing the masks on my background, I used a Mini Ink Blending Tool to ink up the panel with Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers. While my background was drying, I created my card base with this fun, colorful plaid paper from the Easter Express Paper Pad by Doodlebug Design. .  I added all the elements to my card with a bit of ...

It's Kind of a Big Deal...

Good morning, all! Happy Wednesday, and thanks for stopping by! I have a fun card for you today that had me smiling the entire time I was making it. I recently placed an order over at Butterfly Reflections Ink (imagine that!) and realized I had purchased no Halloween stamps. This really bummed me out, until I got the idea to get creative with what I had purchased! Here's the outcome! I took the Let's Mingle stamp set by The Greeting Farm and turned all the adorable winter looking mice into little trick-or-treaters! This was so fun because I really had to think outside of the box and attempt to make these little cuties into Halloween obsessed cuties. From left to right their costumes are: Minnie Mouse, a Starbucks drink, a pumpkin, a queen and Harry Potter. I started out by making my card base with some Bristol Smooth cardstock and the Large Stitched Rectangle die from Lawn Fawn . This is my new go-to for Distress Ink blended backgrounds. I used Post It tape to get t...

Bible Journaling w/ The Greeting Farm

Hello, everyone! It is Jessi from Kissin' Krafts ! I am excited to be back on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink blog , today! I have joined the Bible Journaling community a few months ago. So when I saw that BRI carried the faith-based stamp sets from The Greeting Farm, I knew I had to get to work! For today's page, I choose the adorable  Trust in the Lord stamp set .  I stamped the angel image in the center of the column. The image is colored in using Neocolors and ZIG Clean Color markers. The phrases were stamped in black ink. The inside of the 'Lord' image is also colored in with Neocolors. I used a variety of blues and greens to create the scene around the angel. Water was used to blend the colors together. If you would like to see the  Trust in the Lord stamp set and the other The Greeting Farm sets, check out this SECTION in the BRI store. Thank you for stopping by today! Jessi Supplies from BRI Store: The Greeting Farm - T...
