Butterfly Reflections, Ink

Hey friends! Britney here with a card featuring several Lawn Fawn products ( Car Critters ,  Happy Village , Oliver’s Stitched ABCs,  Happy, Happy, Happy , and  Foursquare Backdrop: Portrait ). My husband and I just celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary at the end of July and I thought this card was very fitting to celebrate. If you’ve ever read any of my previous blog posts before, you know I like to start with my background first. I started by cutting four panels using the  Foursquare Backdrop: Portrait  out of  Chili Pepper  card stock. I cut out the center cross lines from each and glued them all together using liquid adhesive. On a plain white panel of Neenah Classic Crest Solar White card stock, I masked off a line to ink up my sky. I used Lawn Fawn  Fish Tank  and  Blue Jay  inks. Hello cardmakers!  I am craving spring like you wouldn't believe! I don't do well with short days, snow and being shut up in my house. I need to be outside, feel the sunshine and fresh air and have my kids get out to play! This card clearly speaks my longing for springtime! The newest lawn fawn release is SO wonderful, I just can't get enough of it. This set, Swan Soiree, was the one set I knew I couldn't live without.
