Hi everyone! We have a lovely post by Jen Gallacher today for you but first lets get to know her a little better.

Currently she serves as the Marketing Coordinator for Echo Park and Carta Bella Paper, which includes teaching, designing, editing, creating marketing strategies, and much, much more. Jen enjoys all types of creative outlets and writes about it frequently on her blog. To interact more with Jen, you can find her online paper crafting and scrapbooking workshops HERE.  She also shares weekly tips and tricks for crafting and memory keeping on her Youtube channel, as well as, regularly contributes to the Scrapbook & Cards Today Magazine channel and EP TV channels.As the mother of three children, she finds she has a lot to keep her occupied. When she isn't busy  designing, writing, teaching, or editing, she's hanging out with her family because making memories is even sweeter than documenting them!

"Believe In Yourself"  Layout

     When I shop for items to make a layout, I look for common themes or a similar color story. For this layout, titled "Believe In Yourself", I pulled the following items for this layout.

* "Switchboard" 6x6 Paper Pad
* "Switchboard" Chip Stickers
* As You Wish Ephemera Pack
* Dreamy Kraft Tags Pack
* Sleigh Bells Ring Wood Dots

To create the layout, I layered papers from the 6x6 paper pad. Then I added some stamping with the "Group Hugs" stamp set. This serves as the title of my layout.I then layered some of the ephemera dies and the stickers to create this part of the layout:

I did the same with the large Heidi Swapp tag and some more dies and stickers on the upper part of the layout:

When creating a layout, you don't have to perfectly match or stick with one collection. You can mix it up and use items that work well together even if they weren't necessarily designed for the same project.

For the second project, Jen made this beauty of a card and I love the staging with that paper house!!!

Products used: Basic Grey Highline background stamp, Pink Paislee Switchboard 6x6, chipboard shapes and MME Sleigh Bells Ring wood dots.

I hope you enjoyed Jen's projects. You can also check out her brand new line of paper designed for Echo Park HERE. Thanks for visiting!
