Hey folks!
I'm back today to share a couple of really fun cards with you!
I really enjoy taking one stamp set and try out a couple of different ideas. The Create A Smile Color Your Heart Out Stamp Set is perfect for this. It has loads of Images that you could use with so many different mediums. I dig it.
For my first card, I started by stamping my Images with Momento Tuxedo Black Ink masking some of them off with Inkadinkado Stamping Mask Paper.
You could totally color these in any colors you want, but I decided to Copic color them in a rainbow.
I stamped the Images down the center of my Card Panel, but I decided to trim down both sides and adhere it to a My Favorite Things Gravel Grey Card Base. I also added a strip of Ranger Metal Silver Foil Tape.
For my second card, I wanted to use the same Image from the Set, but this time, I heat embossed the Hearts with Versamark Ink and Hero Arts White Embossing Powder.
I used Tombow Irojiten Color Dictionary Colored Pencils, but you could use any of your favorite colored pencils. I do suggest however, that whatever you decide to use, just make sure that they blend easily.
My Favorite Things Black Licorice Cardstock is what I used for the Card Panel and my Card Base and I covered a two strips of Cardstock with Versamark Ink and Hero Arts Gold Embossing Powder and added it them to the card front.
Other than some Clear Wink of Stella, I didn't add anything else to these. These are definitely the type of cards that make an impact all by their lil lonesomes and don't need anything else.
That's it peeps! Easy peasy. I hope you enjoyed my cards today. Be sure to stop by again tomorrow for more crafty fabulousness and as always be sure to stop by the Butterfly Reflections Ink Shop and get your hands on something amazing to color!
Until next time!
