Waving Hello With Lawn Fawn .....

Happy Thursday everyone !! Mayra here with today's post . 

I am loving fairies and mermaids at the moment ...

<3 as you will see with my upcoming cards . 

For today's card I used the Lawn Fawn Mermaid For You stamp set . 

I began by die cutting two pieces of cardstock using 

My Favorite Things Die-namics Stitched Rectangle dies  . 

For one of the die cut pieces I used water color paper . 

 I knew I would be doing a bit of water color for the background .

I used Distress Inks in Chipped Sapphire ( other alternative can be Memento Luxe Nautical Blue) Cracked Pistachio , and Peacock Feathers. 

For the touches of gold I used Gansai Tambi in Bluish Gold .  

As my water colored piece dried I colored in the images I would be using . 

Then I die cut the scalloped base and banner from the Neat and Tangled Scalloped Dies set . 

  I then heat embossed the sentiment onto my die cut banner using 

Versamark ink and white embossing powder . 

 I also created a mini shaker using We r Memory Keepers Fuse Tool .
