Hi, Friends! Rebekah here today! Remember in my post a few weeks ago when I said I have a thing for mailboxes? Well, this week's card is further proof of that!
I used the Reverse Confetti Mouse Mail stamp set, which I am just in love with!
For the background I first randomly stamped the envelopes from the set in a soft gray ink all over the cardstock and then masked them using the Inkadinkado Masking Paper and then stamped over the panel with the My Favorite Things Lined-Up-Dots background stamp. My Favorite Things Cement Gray would work great for this!
I colored the mailbox and the Mouse using copic markers and popped them up with foam tape.
I used the My Favorite Things Oval Stitched Frames and mounted the little mouse and some of the envelopes on the inside of the frame. The outside of the frame is popped up using craft foam.
I stamped my sentiment using Versa Mark Ink and covered it with Ultra Fine Embossing Powder and heat set it.
I also added a few small hearts from a MFT Blueprints Die set for a little more embellishment!
I then cut out the sentiment using the My Favorite Things Stitched Fishtail Banners Die. Because I wanted to have the fishtail on both ends I had to use a partial die cutting technique.
To partial die cut this banner I laid the paper and die out according to the picture below and ran it threw my die cutter.
I then set the die back over the die cut banner and aligned it up with the previous cut. You can feel the die as it pops back into where the die has already cut.
For the second cut I aligned the paper and die as seen below and ran it again threw my die cutter.
And this is the results!
A perfectly cut, custom size banner!

This is absolutely ADORABLE!!! I love every single detail---your stamped background, that sweet little mouse, the mailbox, all of those envelopes, the stitched banner!!!! Totally fabulous!
