Hello, BRI friends!
It's Dana here coming back with another card for Wednesday. Today, I played along with Neat and Tangled Puppy's Favorite Things stamp set again. I created 9 different doggies from one stamp image this time.
I started by stamping dog image from Neat and Tangled Puppy's Favorite Things stamp set onto card stock with Altenew Permanent Black. I stamped same image on 4 post-it notes and fussy cut them out using scissors. I used them as a mask and created today's scene like below.
I stamped images after erasing the part of original stamped lines on clear stamp using baby wipe when I needed. After I got a group of doggies, I drew variety shapes on the empty part with Copic Multiliner. I then colored the images using Copic markers and added details with Prisma colored pencils.
I cut dog border, top part of group image, using scissors and ink blended the background onto leftover piece. I used Peacock Feather and Mermaid Lagoon Distress Oxide inks. I then sprizted water and let it dried.
Next, I pulled out Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Frames and die cut the frame from A2 sized white card stock. Do you know that? I used almost same supplies with last week's one but I made very different card! It's so fun :)
Before mounting elements, I stamped & white heat embossed sentiments as shown in the picture. I stamped other small images from same stamp set and colored them with Copic markers, too. I also applied Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen-Clear Overlay to pom pom and tag and Nuvo Crystal Drops Morning Dew to mini bells.
To finish, I adhered dog panel behind the frame using glue tape and foam mounted them at once onto A2 sized card base after gluing the background piece on it.
Plus, I'm sharing ink blending results of some new Distress Oxide Inks and the one with similar shades of colors. I sponged them softly onto bristol paper using mini blending tool.
Hope you enjoyed this card and happy shopping!
Love,
Dana
