Hello, BRI friends!
It's Dana here. I'd like to share a floral card featuring Studio Katia's new release. Here is what I came up with.
To start, I stamped flower and leaves from Studio Katia Japanese Peony stamp Set onto cold pressed watercolor paper. I watercolord them with Mijello Mission Gold Watercolor Paints and cut them using coordinating die set.
I then die cut scallop circle shape from white card stock using Studio Katia Fancy Circle Die. I ink blended the scallop part with Victorian Velvet Distress Ink. I then pulled out another white card stock for its background and ink blended with Mermaid Lagoon and Antique Linen Distress Inks.
Sentiment from Studio Katia Japanese Peony Stamp Set is white heat embossed on kraft paper. Then, I assembled all elements of this card and mounted them using foam adhesive and glue tape. I curled petals and leaves by hand as well.
To finish, I embellished newly released Studio Katia Iridescent Bubbles and Iridescent Cones with Ranger Multi Medium Matte.
Hope you enjoyed this card. I'll be back on next Wednesday with super cute critters. Thank you so much for stopping by!
Love,
Dana
