Hello everybody! Alix here today waving my hand to say hi to you all. It's been a while since I was here last time. I hope you had a great summer so far.
It doesn't need to be Valentine's Day to show your love. How about showing your love any time you would like to? To begin with my card, I copic colored the images from Waffle Flower Favorite Valentine Stamp set and die cut them with the Matching Dies. I set them aside for later use.
Then I started to prepare the background. I ink blended onto a piece of A2 sized watercolor paper using Tim Holtz Distress oxide ink in Fossilized Amber and Worn Lipstick. Then I splattered some water over it to create the cool effect.
I cut the heart shaped frame using Waffle Flower Nesting Hearts Dies. To create the texture, I ran the negative part of heart die cut with Stitched Rose die (You could also try to use something like Wave Texture Die). I adhere the front panel using foam tape to build some dimensions and arranged the colored images onto the background.
At last, I stamped the sentiment "With Love" that was in the same stamp set to the lower right corner and added a few enamel dots from Up & Running Enamel Dots to finish my card.
