Hey Everyone, it's Julianne here and I'm back today bringing you a card filled with all things Halloween! You all know how much I love Halloween and I made sure to use all the pumpkins. My birthday was this pass week and I love celebrating by creating a card just for myself, does anyone else ever do that?
I wanted to create a one layer card using some of my favorite Honey Bee Stamp products. For this card I used Pumpkin Patch Stamp Set as well as Mae the Mouse. I wanted to have this card be all pumpkins because that's what I love but I wanted to add in a little critter of course! For the witches hat I used Tabitha Stamp Set from Hello Bluebird.
This card involved a lot of masking I started at the bottom of my slimline card and worked my way up making sure to add in leaves and acorns with the pumpkins as well. I love that this stamp size has 5 different sizes of pumpkins, I can't wait to create more cards using these possibly for Thanksgiving. For my coloring I used a variety of copic makers for each pumpkin, I have listed the colors below:
YG91, YG93, YG95, YG97, E71, E74, E77, E42, E44, E47, Y35, YR15, YR04, YR16, YR24
Once all my coloring was complete I added some white highlights with a white gel pen to the pumpkins as well as the mouse. I didn't want to cover up any of the coloring on the outside of the card so I stamped a sentiment along with two pumpkin images from the stamp set on the inside to finish off the card with Orange Twist and Tiki Torch Catherine Pooler Inks.
Thank you all so much for checking out my card and I hope you enjoyed it. Make sure to check out all the other great inspiration from the new design team on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink Blog.
