Big Warm Fuzzy Hugs

Welcome back after a wonderful Holiday season!  It is time for me to give you all hugs and say it has been a blast designing for you this winter term!  Thank you all for your support and love, it means the world to me! 

I have a sweet card for you today that is a crafty hug from me!

All the products I used are from the Butterfly Reflections, Ink store:

• Mama Elephant Snow Friends stamps & coordinating dies
• Mama Elephant Big Warm Fuzzy Hugs die
• Hello Bluebird Typed Everyday stamps
• oxide inks- abandoned coral, tattered rose & scattered straw
• Lawn Fawn Jet Black Ink
• Versafine Onyx Black Ink
• Copic Markers

I began my card by creating an 8 1/2 x 3 1/2 card base which is just the right size for a standard or size 9A envelope.

For the background, I first die cut a stitched piece of Bistrol, inked it with abandoned coral & tattered rose and stamped the two sentiments in Versafine black from Fuzzy Hugs & Snow Friends stamp sets.

I then die cut multiples of the Big Warm Fuzzy Hugs die and inked the top one with scattered straw.

On the blue banner, I heat embossed the sentiment in white and used foam tape over the large word die.

Next, I stamped the cuties from Fuzzy Hugs and Snow Friends stamp sets in Lawn Fawn jet black ink, colored with copic markers, and used my scan n cut to cut out, though you can always use the coordinating dies listed above.  I used a white gel pen to add a few accents to the images.

To finish my card, I added some clear domes, crystals and a few white nuvo drops.

I want to give a big hug to Vanessa for giving me the opportunity to design this term with some amazing ladies (love you girls!) and I loved every single minute!  Thank you all!
