Hi friends! Tammy here with a fun and bright Spring card, featuring Lawn Fawn...old and new. I love how versatile Lawn Fawn's sets are, allowing me to really have fun mixing and matching sets to create a unique scene!
Next, I die cut all of my scene elements using the following dies:
Grassy Border Lawn Cuts (grassy border in front, inked with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn)
Grassy Hillside Borders Lawn Cuts
Swan Soiree Lawn Cuts (pond, inked with Peacock Feathers)
Meadow Backdrop: Portrait Lawn Cuts (clouds)
Now, I arranged my stamped images onto my card and glued them down. I popped up the frog sitting on the mushroom and in the pond, to add a little bit of interest and dimension.
Finally, I added the speech bubble sentiment to the center of my card using foam squares, and attached the clouds on the sides to balance the card design. I finished off my card by attaching it to the green Dandy Day rectangle, and then adhering it to an A2 card base.
That's it, my friends! Thanks for stopping by... I hope you enjoyed my "Hoppy" Day mash-up card...I'll see you next week!
XO,
Tammy
To begin, I cut a rectangle from the new Dandy Day Petite Paper Pad to use as my background.
Next, I cut a scalloped rectangle from white cardstock, and a stitched rectangle from Bristol Smooth cardstock. I inked my background with Worn Lipstick and Dried Marigold Distress Oxide's, splattered with a bit of clean water, and set aside to dry.Next, I die cut all of my scene elements using the following dies:
Grassy Border Lawn Cuts (grassy border in front, inked with Twisted Citron and Mowed Lawn)
Grassy Hillside Borders Lawn Cuts
Swan Soiree Lawn Cuts (pond, inked with Peacock Feathers)
Meadow Backdrop: Portrait Lawn Cuts (clouds)
Next, I stamped, colored with Copic markers, and die cut with the following sets:
Say What? Spring Critters Stamp Set/ Coordinating Dies (small frogs, speech bubble, flies)
Toadally Awesome Stamp Set/ Coordinating Dies (large frog, cattails)
Oh Gnome! Stamp Set/ Coordinating Dies (mushrooms)
Don't Worry, Be Hoppy Stamp set (sentiment in speech bubble)
Now, I began arranging my scene on my inked background. First, I attached my background to the white scalloped rectangle. Next, I placed my Grassy Hillside Border down first. Then, I attached the Grassy Border in front, using foam adhesive for dimension, and tucked the pond in between the grassy borders.

Tammy
