Hello there! Silvia's here today sharing a sweet shadoxbox card.
I started die cutting two 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" rectangles from white cardstock and I folded each of them at 5 1/4" and 4 1/2".
I then used the B die from the Hello Bluebird "Strawberry Jam" die set to cut a window in one of the panels and I used some vintage photo Distress Oxide ink to give them a vintage look (I also splattered some liquid ink loosened with water on it).
I stamped images from the Hello Bluebird "Strawberry Jam", "Field Mice" and "Fall Banner Buddies" (for the little bird) stamp sets, I colored them with my alcohol markers and I cut them out (I fussy cut the mice and I used the coordinating dies for the strawberries).
I also die cut two grassy borders with the Hello Bluebird "Grassy Knoll" dies, I ink blended with shabby shutters and evergreen bough Distress Oxide inks and splattered with gold.
To make the background I cut a 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" square from white cardstock and I colored it using a cloudy stencil and some broken china Distress Oxide ink. I glued on it one of the grassy borders and I attached it to the inside of the shadowbox.
I put all the elements in place and I closed my box using some strong double sided tape.
For the sentiment I stamped the "Well, hello there!" with Versafine onyx black ink on a craft cardstock stripe die cut with Heffy Doodle "Stitched strips of ease" dies.
And this is the final card.
I'm so, so happy of how this card turned out and I hope I have inspired you a bit and maybe you'll make your own one shadowbox card….It's really fun and easy.

This is a lovely Shadowbox design using Hello Bluebird Stamp products. Beautifully colored, in fact, I wanted to say after taking a long look at the photo's here, that it almost appears to watercolored with alcohol re-inkers. I do see the "flicking" technique of the markers, but it other parts are done so well that it does look like it has been watercolored. Silvia, you did an outstanding job on this and should be very proud of it. It is a nice and unique way to showcase these Bluebird sets.
