Tropical toucans with Peter

Hi everyone! Are you all excited for the new Lawn Fawn release, just like me?!
I love how all the new tropical supplies match perfectly with some of the older supplies. And that's exactly what I did for this card; mixing new with old.

I love the toucans from the Toucan Do It set! Toucans are amazing beautiful birds and in real life they can have all kinds of colors, so it's super fun to color them in all different colors.

For this card I took the opportunity to go with a lot of ink blending in bright tropical colors using Distress Oxides. I used Picked Raspberry, Mermaid Lagoon, Salvaged Patina, Blueprint Sketch, Mowed Lawn, Rustic Wilderness, Vintage Photo, Antique Linen, Walnut Stain, Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade. 

The background is made with the Sunburst Backdrop. I cut the island with the Palm Tree Border and I made the ocean with the Stitched Wave Borders. 

I finished up the card with the Scripty Aloha. Nice and simple! I blended up some paper with Picked Raspberry before I die cut it. This way it's a perfect match with the pink in the background.
