Hungry?

Hey guys, it's Shawna again.  I have a layout share today.  This photo of my hubby always makes me hungry.  I love the angle of the photo too. For this layout i used some Fancy Pants True Friend patterned papers. They are just adorable if you have not seen them yet.  Also from the shop i used the Kaisercraft Captured Moments Natura l stickers, and  My Mind's Eye Wood shapes .  I like all the white space in this layout with the black accents. Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today and taking a peek at my layout!

Mix-n-Match!!!

Hello Everyone!! Its me , Piali. Today I'm sharing few non-holiday cards with you all. I like mixing products from different companies for my projects. If we look carefully many paper collections from different companies have lot of things in common...like colors, theme or icons. Sometimes they are very different but they work together very well. Butterfly Reflections, Ink store has so many latest & greatest products , they make this process a breeze! For my first card I used Lawn Fawn Papers & Stamps and Simple Stories Chipboards & enamel dots. A CAS thank you card!! I love cute FOX chipboard from Simple Stories-Sweater Weather . This sentiment is from one of my favorite Lawn Fawn Stamp set ... Love You a Latte . Also added few  Enamel Dots  from Simple Stories and twine. I used few other cute chipboards from the same Simple Stories - Sweater Weather collection for my next card. The lovely papers are from Crate Paper- Open Book 6x...

Little changes make for a cuter gift

It's November!! Since I celebrate Halloween so BIG, to me, fall doesn't start until November! November makes me think of Thanksgiving and all the fun fall colors that go along with it. I recently went to Bath & Body Works to pick up some festive anti bacterial soaps for a YouTube friend. I chose all the newest fall theme soaps. The girl at the counter gave me a clear gift bag, a blue Bath & Body Works ribbon and a blue gift tag to wrap them up. Although it's really nice to get the free gift bag and tag, it didn't match my anti bacterial soaps…and I just couldn't have that!! I used the new Lawn Fawn Stitched Leaves die set to make some fun confetti for inside of the bag. Since my YouTube friend is a scrapbooker too, I thought the die cuts were a cute little additional gift that she could reuse.  I glued three of the different leaves together to make a really cute coordinating gift tag. To finish the gift bag off, I tied the tag with some orange baker...

Wishing You Love

Hello crafty friends. I have a unique Christmas card and video featuring some new additions of the Butterfly Reflections Ink shop . You can watch the video for more on my process. My starting inspiration was the deer from  Paper Smooches A Holy Holiday . I waned to create a different look from the last time I used the image. So this time I used Distress Inks to stamp the deer with an ombre water color effect.  I wanted to create a bold snowy background using the  Memory Box Winter Tiny Snowflakes . I used some  embossing paste and glitter embossing powder  to make the snowflakes. For the sentiment I used the same  Paper Smooches A Holy Holiday  stamp set . I love how you can mix the bold words with the smaller sentiments to customize your greeting. Check out all the great Christmas products in the shop and get started with your own holiday projects!

Watercolor with BRI Exclusives

Hello, Butterfly Reflections, Ink friends! I am excited to be filling in today on the BRI blog !   Today's project is showcasing some of the exclusive stamps from Butterfly Reflections, Ink ! For my project, I used the  Over the Rainbow stamp set .     So I found some pearlescent watercolors and fell in love with the additional sparkle it added to the projects! I was dying to use one to make a night sky. To start, I stamped the images and embossed them as well. Once the embossing had time to dry, I painted the night with silver metallic paint. I thought the card needed a little something extra, so I stamped the red heart.   What a very simple and so so easy to create!   Want to see the latest product to be added to the Butterfly Reflections, Ink shop? Check out the store HERE!   Thanks for stopping by today! Jessi ( Kissin' Krafts )
