Hi, there!

Hello Butterfly Reflections ink-ers, how are you?! Here in Italy Spring has sprung and I missed a good frappuccino and a good open air walk sooooo much. Unluckily, we are still locked down and so I made this sweet card waiting to go out again. I started die cutting a stitched rectangle with the Heffy Doodle  "Imperial Stitched Rectangles" dies from white cardstock and I ink blended it with tea dye , vintage photo and walnut stain Distress Oxide inks. I splattered with some clean water, I let it dry, I heat embossed in gold the frappuccino cup several times and I splattered with some gold Nuvo Mousse . I then stamped the adorable Anya from the "Frappe-y Anya" stamp set by The Greeting Farm with black ink , I colored it with alcohol markers and I fussy cut it. I also decided to create a white window using Hello Bluebird "Gallery Frame #2" dies. I ended the card adding a speech bubble using the Lawn Fawn "Speech Bubbles" di...

Coffee Break

Hello Butterfly Reflections Ink friends! Silvia's here today sharing with you two coffee themed cards….you know, I'm a real coffee addict!!! For the coffee I blended together tea dye , vintage photo and walnut stain Distress Oxide inks, for labels I mixed together worn lipstick and festive berries Distress Oxide inks and Lawn Fawn mermaid dye ink for the lids. I stamped images from The Greeting Farm "Miss Anya Coffee Break" stamp set using LDRS raven hybrid ink, I colored with alcohol markers and I fussy cut them. I then die cut two card base from Lawn Fawn "Spiffy Speckles" paper pad and I build my card. For the sentiment I used Versafine black ink and "Mini-Remix Friend" stamp set. I also added some Trinity Stamps  embell...

We're going to have a ton of fun together this fall, so let's jump right in. For my first project, I'm sharing a card I made with the absolutely darling ' Mermaid Anya ' stamp from The Greeting Farm. When I saw her on the website, I just knew I had to have her, so I snagged her right away. She's way too cute to pass on! I colored her up using Copic markers and added a few gel pen accents in white. I decided she needed a serene ocean background, so I kept my Copic markers out and got to work. The sky was super easy - it's just streaks of oranges, pinks, and yellows layered on top of one another to form that pretty sunset sky we all love. I colored up my 'ocean' as well and added a few gel pen waves here for some interest. I cut my background panel down to about 3 inches and t...
