Congratulations !

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's card I've played with some adorable products from Lawn Fawn. I know, I'm waiting for the new release too but was inspired to use the adorable fairies! I diecut my stitched rectangle and then simply stamped a little scene and colored with copic markers. I stamped the script sentiment but had to mask the edges of my rectangle so the edges of the script didn't go all the way out. I then I matted my rectangle to some pink cardstock before adhereing to my cardbase with foam adhesive. For a little dimension I created a little bow from pink cardstock and adhered at the top. You are my sunshine !

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's card I've played with a wonderful new stencil from Hero Arts called Large Flower Stencil. I placed my stencil on a piece of off white cardstock and held it in pÃ¥lacewith some washi tape. I started by inking the yellow and Brown part of the flower first - then I created a mask for that part of the stencil (the flower) from masking paper - so I didn't mess my yellow flower when I inked the green leaves. When I was done with that I let my panel dry completely before I cut out a stitched rectangle from it. I saved the leftover and adhered that outer frame to my cardbase. I then added the stitched rectangle panelinside the "frame" with foam adhesive to get a bit of dimension. Last I diecut my "You" and adhered it to the card with glue tape. Hi Everyone! It's Karin from PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's card I've played with some adorable new products from My Favorite Things. I started out by inking the background with distress ink and then spraying water onto it with a mister. When it had dried I diecut some Clouds that I adhered with glue tape Before I cut my panel. I stamped, colored and diecut my images and adhered them with tape and foam adhesive Before I put my panel onto a miniscallop covered cardbase. Since my bg was quite dark I diecut a cloud for my sentiment. #13

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. Today's card is one I  made for my sweet niece Emelie's 13th birthday next week. I wanted to make it sweet but a little cool too (-: This is how I make a much taller panel for my card than the die actually cuts. I simply cut halfway first, remove it from the diecutting machine and then move the die as far down as I need it to go and cut it from the other end. I stop where I see that my last cut ends. Supplies: Stamps: MFT :  Beary sweet Birthday Dies: My Favorite Things  Smart phone Stitched mini scallop rectangle stax Paper: MFT;  Stripes Neutral Cardstock MFT Ink: Tuxedo Black ink Rangers Distress Ink Tools: x-press blending card Stamping mask paper Adhesives: Foam Adhesive Dot Gluetape Coloring Mediums: Copic Markers Watercolors Pop over to the store to find the products I've used for this card;  Butterfly Reflectio...

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's card I've played with some new favorites I just got in the mail from BRI - such superfast delivery even for me who is on the other side of the pond! I just had to have these wonderful layering stamps from Hero Arts. Have you tried them yet? They are so much fun to play with and you get a beautiful result both fast and easy! I simply inked my bg with distressink and when it was dry I stamped the weed and bubbles. I added glossy accent to the bubbles for a bit of dimension. The fish are simply stamped and fuzzy cut. I used MFT ink which worked out well I think. Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's card I've played with some adorable products from Lawn Fawn and My Favorite Things. I created a cardbase from white cardstock and diecut a stitched rectangle. I inked that and added some stars my inking through a stencil. I the diecut my scripty love and adhered the panel to my cardbase with foam adhesive, To finish off I stamped, colored a diecut Ewe image that I adhered with foam adhesive.  Supplies: Stamps: MFT:   Ewe are the best Dies: Lawn Fawn:  Scripty Love Stitched rectangles Ink: Tuxedo Black ink Rangers Distress Ink  Tumbled glass, peacock feathers, faded jeans and chipped saphire Tools: x-press blending card Blendi...

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. Today took out some adorable products from Lawn Fawn and made a summery little card. To get that little white frame around my images I let the diecut stay in the die while I inked the background. Other than that this is a very straight forward card (-: Simple and fast! I forgot to take a picture of the inside of the card which says - and I'm so Jelly. Just a Note

Hi Everyone! It's Karin from  PeppermintPatty's Papercraft , here to share some inspiration. For today's little project I've played with some adorable products from Paper Smooches and Lawn Fawn! A couple of weeks ago I was shopping with my mom and when I needed to make a note of something she took out some scrap pieces of paper she had stapled together. She was reusing paper that would otherwise gone in the dustbin which is great, but I wanted to make her something nicer to carry around in her purse and quickly made a bunch of these: I simply cut a piece of patterned paper 6x4½ and folded it as in the picture above.  I then cut a bunch of papers slightly smaller  than the inside of my notepad cover 3.7 (?) I stamped each piece with a cute cat image and then stapled them in place. I then stamped, colored and diecut a cat image to adhere to the front of the pad. I also cut and stamped a little banner. Supplies: Stamps: Paper Smooches...

Start out by watercoloring the panel and matting it to a piece of sturdy cardstock. 2.Stamp the sentiment and adhere panel to cardbase with foam adhesive. 3. Diecut your string of heart from heavy white cardstock. 4. Place the inside diecuts on a piece of post-it tape to keep them from getting lost. 5. Make sure they are turned the right way and then start coloring (I used copic markers). 6. Assemble all the pieces on a piece of scrap paper. 7. Adhere to card with foam adhesive. This is a very fast and simple card - not a lot of instructions needed. I simply diecut a mini scalloped rectangle from watercolor cardstock and stamped and colored my image with copic markers. When I was done I added lots of glossy accent to the jar and let that dry before adhering the rectangle to my cardbase with foam adhesive.
