Butterfly Reflections, Ink

Hello everyone! Kevin here sharing my final post as a BRI designer. My time flew by so quickly! I loved working with such a great company, team, and community. Thank you so much to you all for making me feel welcome here! Now lets take a look at this fun New Year's card- I started by trying something a little new to me- no line Copic coloring. I really was intimidated by it at first but I chose a simple and fun image from Brutus Monroe's Birthday Bears . I love these little guys. Then I took a fun banner stamp and first and second generation stamped it across a white panel before adding it to a gray card base. Finally, a simple sentiment finished it off. Hey BRI friends! I'm so excited to be posting for the very first time as a team member here! Even though Halloween is still over a month away, I couldn't help but make a card featuring the adorable bear from Waffle Flower's Boo stamp set . I created the cardbase from some light gray card stock and added on a die cut panel cut from MFT's Four Way Chevron Coverup Die-namics . Then a Distress Ink'd panel was added as a (not so) spooky purple sky.  I colored th adorable witchy bear with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a water brush. I'm usually really heavy handed with color so I tried to leave it on the softer side. Some sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh finished things off!
