Can't Wait to Sea You Again Card by Samantha Mann

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing card that was inspired by the April BRI Mood Board challenge ! You can check out all of the details on the post here ! I used an oldie, but a goodie!! stamp set from Create a Smile stamps ! I used the Sending Sunshine stamp set - I LOVE those cute sea creatures so much! I stamped the images and then colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. Then once it was all dry, I fussy cut them out! For the background, I used Alcohol Inks and Ranger White Yupo Paper ! I love alcohol inks!! Especially when it's for a water background! Once that was dry, I used the Under the Sea Adventure Stencil and white embossing paste to add some texture! I heat embossed the sentiment in white , and then fussy cut out around it! Sending Sunshine and Happy Thoughts

Hello! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing this fun, happy and adorable card that was inspired by this month's Mood Board ! You can read all about the details here of how to play along here! Aren't those colors gorgeous? I love the bold, richness of the dark colors. So inviting! I thought it would be perfect to use the adorable little Dragon Love stamp set from Avery Elle! Once everything was colored, I used the coordinating dies to die cut it out! And I used the greens to color him up! So cute! For the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in Seedless Preserves and Milled Lavender to ink blend! Then I used the Picket Studios Slimline Rainbows stencil and the same colors, but with more pressure, to add the tone on tone rainbows to the background! I die cut out some clouds with Newton's Nook Designs' Sky Borders Die Set from white cardstock. then I heat embossed the sentiment from the Look for Rainbows stamp set from Avery Elle . Fluffy, Puffy (Sparkly!) Unicorn Card

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I have another card inspired by the February Mood Board ! It's just too gorgeous to ignore! It's sooooo pretty! This time, I colored up some of the most adorable unicorns! I stamped and colored all of the images from Fluffy Puffy Unicorns from Heffy Doodle with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. I fussy cut out all of the images, but I could have used the c oordinating dies to die cut them out! For the background, I used Fog Cardstock from Lawn Fawn ! I added that amazing sparkle with the Nuvo Glimmer Paste - Moonstone and the Rays the Roof Stencil ! Oh so sparkly! I also added some teeny, tiny sequin stars in gold! One of a Kind Rainbow Card

Hello! Samantha here, and today I'm excited to share my take on the February Mood Board ! The colors are so pretty and soft and whimsical! Don't you agree? Sigh, so pretty! For my card, I went with textures and whimsical and flowy-ness! I used alcohol inks in some golds and a mauve color all on some Yupo Paper . Love that whimsical background! Once it was dry, I used some white embossing paste and the Let's Go Camping Under the Stars stencil from Echo Park . I die cut out some rainbow arches using the Magical Rainbow die from MFT ! I added an ombre of color with Black Soot and Iced Spruce Distress Oxide Inks. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Heffy Doodle Fluffy Puffy Unicorns Stamp Set onto some vellum , and then finished off the card with some natural twine! My Flamazing Friend

Hello and happy new year! Samantha here, and today I'm happy to share a card inspired by the brand new, gorgeous Butterfly Reflections Ink mood board ! I hope you love it as much as I do, and if so, play along! All of the details can be found by clicking here ! I love the colors, and wintery, nostalgic feeling of it! Which is super ironic...given that my card isn't nostalgic...or wintery! ha! I do still love it though!I used the cute, adorable images from Paperie Inks Fla La La Mingo stamp set ! Love those cute little mingos! Lol! I colored them in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and fussy cut them out! I used Distress Inks in Chipped Sapphire , Blueprint Sketch and Mermaid Lagoon to ink blend onto some white cardstock. Then I used the Newton's Nook Tropical Leaves Stencil and the same colors (but with more pressure!) to add the subtle, tone on tone stencil effect! Tis the Ski-son Card

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a card that was inspired by the gorgeous winter-y Mood Board for December ! **swoon** such beautiful colors!F For my card I used a combination of Paperie Ink Stamp Sets ! I stamped the images from Snow Good and Ski On and then colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers! Once everything was dry, I fussy cut the images out! I used the Stitched Mountain Borders from Lawn Fawn to create the background. I kept the dies all in white, and then placed them on top of a Fog Cardstock card base! I haaaaaad to add some sparkle, so I used the Chunky Glitter from Lawn Fawn and LOVE how that looks on the mountain tops! I also die cut out the banner with vellum , and used some Tumbled Glass Distress Ink and very lightly added color to the back of the banner! LOVE that ice blue! I heat embossed the sentiment and it was complete! Hope the card made you smile! ~ Samantha

Happy Holi-yay!

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a sweet Christmas card that was inspired by the November Mood Board ! I used the same colors, but lightened them up a little! I couldn't help myself! I really love how this came out! I stamped all of the images from the Paperie Ink Happy Holi-yay and then colored them using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers! then I fussy cut them out! I also added some details to the images with a white gel pen . Those bunnies are just adorable!  for the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in Abandoned Coral and Dried Marigold . then I splattered some of the color and white acrylic ink on top to make it look snowy! I finished off the card by heat embossing the sentiment in white onto black cardstock . Be sure to grab your favorite goodies and play along with the November Mood Board! I Shell Always Love You Card

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a card using the adorable turtles from Paperie Ink ! This stamp set, Water You Up To , is just the cutest! Especially that upside-down turtle! LOL Ha - so cute! I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then fussy cut them out! I used various shades of greens and teals to color the tiny turtles, so they weren't all the same shades. For the background, I used Distress Oxide Inks in Salvaged Patina , Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch . First, I ink blended them on one corner, then I added the same colors with watercolor over the ink blended area. And once that was all dry, I used the Vicki Boutin Stencil to add the super cool waves with the same colors and more ink blending! Lastly, I heat embossed the sentiment, and finished off the card with those super amazing bubbles with a mix of 6mm and 4mm Clear Droplets from Pretty Pink Posh . Such a Flamazing Day

Hello! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing this fun, summer card featuring a mix of Avery Elle and Lawn Fawn products! Love it! I used the super adorable images from the Flamazing stamp set by Avery Elle ! That little guy just cracks me up! He's so cute! I colored in the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out! Couldn't be easier! To create the background, I used Distress Inks in Mowed Lawn , Twisted Citron and Pine Needles to ink blending starting in one corner. Then, I placed the Tropical Leaves Background Stencil on top, and used the same colors to ink blend through the stencil on top! I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto some black cardstock , and placed it on the side of the card, for a little fun! Hopefully you're enjoying your summer like this swimming flamingo! Here for You Card

Well hello there! Samantha here, and today I am sharing a card that was inspired by the August Mood Board ! Swoon! Am I right? I love these color soooo much, who knew!? lol! I used alcohol inks to create the background! I honestly just love playing with alcohol inks !! I wanted the background to stand out, so I used die cut that beautiful rainbow with the Rainbow Elle-ments die from Avery Elle out of vellum for the images, and then attached them all to some clear acetate! Then I used my sewing machine to stitch it to the card base! Those bright purples and magenta just pop! Next, I stamped the flowers and leaves from the Sending Flowers stamp set ! I colored them all with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them out! I added the colors in the soft blues and muted greens to bring in the other colors from the mood board. You Are Meow-gically Awesome!

Hello and happy Saturday! Samantha here, and today I’m sharing a fun, whimsical card, inspired by the July BRI Moodboard ! I hope you play along, too! You can find all of the details on here ! Aren’t those colors just gorgeous! I am swooning! For my card, I couldn’t help but use the beyond adorable You Are stamp set from Paperie Ink ! Again – swooning! Adorable, right?! I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then fussy cut them out! (I also popped them up with foam tape, so they would stand out). I added some fluffy clouds with vellum and white cardstock , and die cutting with the Puffy Cloud Borders from Lawn Fawn ! For the background, I ink blended in Seedless Preserves , Abandoned Coral and Dried Marigold ! Then I splattered some water and white acrylic ink on top. Time for a Luau!

Hi there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a fun card for the weekend using the most adorable Avery Elle stamps! I was also inspired by the June 2021 Mood Board ! Ok, fine, I forgot to use the beautiful royal blue, but the rest of the colors were the total jumping off point of my card! but it's all about inspiration, right? So, here's my card! I used the Luau Party stamp set from Avery Elle , those hula critters are just the sweetest! I happened to fussy cut out the images, but you could use the coordinating dies to die cut them out, and save you some time! I also used the Speech Bubbles stamp set to make the phrase stand out a little! All of the images were colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers ! For the background, I used Distress Oxides in Abandoned Coral , Dried Marigold and Tattered Rose for the sky. Walking On Sunshine!

Hello there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a card that was inspired by the incredible April Mood Board ! I just love the colors and images! swoon! For my card, I was smiling from ear to ear as I broke out these *exclusive* Butterfly Reflections Ink stamps again! They're so adorable! I used the rainbow, clouds and sun image, but believe me - ALL of the images were calling my name! I just love them! They're from the Breathe Rainbows stamp set ! And I paired them with the sentiment from Over the Rainbow ! So cute! For the background, I used Distress Inks in Seedless Preserves, Picked Raspberries and Dried Marigold! Then I splattered some water on top! Next, I used the Hello Baby Boy Twinkling Stars Stencil from Echo Park and some white embossing paste to add some texture to the background! You've Been On My Mind

Hello there! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a card I created for my Grandma's birthday! I was inspired by the March Mood Board ! Love these colors, and these images are just so FUN! For my card, I used the cutest floral images from Avery Elle : Sending Hugs and Sending Flowers ! And let me tell you, it was a struggle not to use those cute critters!! But I stuck solely with the flowers and I really like how pretty it came out! I colored all of the images with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and then used the coordinating dies to die cut them all out! I popped some of the flowers up with foam tape , to add dimension!   I heat embossed the sentiment in white onto some vellum ! Then I die cut the vellum strip with the Fancy Wavy Banners Die from Lawn Fawn! I sprinkled some warm yellow sequins around the envelope too! And I can't forget, for the background, I used a strip of the super awesome Dotted Washi Tape from Altenew ! Hope you play along with the BRI Mood...
