A Layout with Samantha Mann

Hello! Happy Sunday! Samantha here and today I'm sharing a layout inspired by the gorgeous July Mood Board ! Seriously, love that mood board! I don't know what it is! Usually I'm not drawn to purple (HA!! Now there's an understatement!), but I can't resist Amanda's magic with mood boards! So anyway, here's my layout! So fun, right?! My bestie and I recently went to a Dirty Heads concert (Our favorite!! Check out their awesome new summer single ! You'll be singing it with us! Ha!) and it was the BEST TIME EVER! Ok, so I started by creating the watercolored background with my Gansai Tambi Watercolors to create the background! That was seriously, the best part! So fun! I used lots of 6x6 paper scraps that I had on my desk in mostly gray colored papers! Then I used some of the salmon-y colors from the Crate Paper Little You Girl Ephemera pack ! Love those peeks of pink! I used what is possibly my favorite Thickers ever for the title! T...

Beach Babes Layout

Hello! Samantha here, and today I'm sharing a FUN, summery and SUPER happy layout with lots of goodies available in the Butterfly Reflections Ink shop ! Oh, and speaking of the shop...why should the Dad's get all the fun today?!? Treat YO 'self and with this super awesome discount! Ok! On to my beachy layout! Love it! I used my Silhouette to cut out the word beach, and then backed with some watercolored cardstock! I created the watercolor background with my Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers , believe it or not! :) So much fun!!!! My favorite part are the colors in the letter 'b'!! Love them! Ok, so I finished the title with the amazing scripty letter stickers from PinkFresh Studio ! LOVE them, so much! Then, I accented some of the letters with puffy stickers from the Crate Paper Oasis collection ! I backed the photos with a bunch of ephemera from the Dear Lizzy Happy Place collection! The little puffy hearts are from Doodlebug , and that C...

Bloom Love

Good Morning everyone! I hope your morning is going great. I am so happy that it's Friday and all the fun events planned for this weekend. I am back with another layout! These products that I am using, just never get old to work with. I like to challenge myself and see what I come up with. I love the fringe look I did with the  Avery Elle 6x6 pattern papers  I also used a cut file from Ashley Horton from The Cut Shoppe, I packed it with some vellum.  I have officially used up all of those  Friendship Paper Pieces  and I am a little sad about it. I love anything with flowers, hearts, rainbows, clouds, raindrops...Pretty much SPRING! but my favorite season is Fall. ha ha!  I made a boo boo on this layout. When I started to use my Heidi Swapp Color Shine, It literally went everywhere. It was all over my arm and fingers and I had one of those moments where I was like "How did this happen?" and then I look down at the page! Oh NO!! The co...

I Love You Right Now!

Happy Friday to you!! I am back with another layout using more of the same goodies. Illustrated Faith, Avery Elle, and Amy Tangerine! This time I had this idea to use a banner in this layout, it's just a good way to use up paper and bring in colors and patters. I also want to mention the title. I am sure you all have kids and understand the ups and downs of sibling love..Right? Well we were on a road trip and they were getting along so well and then about two hours into the trip, the arguing started. lol! so I felt like this title was fitting. So here is what I came up with! I love the pop of colors that this paper from  Avery Elle  brings to the layout. I also incorporated some black and white pattern paper from my scraps.  Something else that makes this paper pop is this bold title from  Amy Tangerine  These foam word sayings are the best when it comes to titles. I have a hard time coming up with titles, so this is the perfect solution!  ...

Sunshine

Good Morning and Happy Friday to you all! I can't begin to tell you how much I am loving my products I am working with this month! They scream SUMMER! not only that they have such great purpose behind them, more of that later in the post. Let's have a look at what I have been up to.  Insert happy face here! I just love bright bold colors. I wanted to do a little watercoloring for a mixed media look. I just used the old packaging technique and some watercolor to achieve this background .  I love this picture of my children having a blast. So lets talk about the products I mentioned earlier. I am using  the Illustrated Faith Go Paper Pieces  on each little piece of ephemera is a bible verse. So not only are these products eye catching but they have purpose behind them and that's what memory keeping is really about is purpose.  I am also using the  Everyday Collection by Avery Elle  which is a 6x6 paper pad. I felt like the...
