Happy Easter - A Little Early!

Hello, BRI crafty friends!  Kathy here to wish you an - almost - Happy Easter .  Yes, I know we are a couple months away from the Spring holiday, but I couldn't resist creating something bright and springy using this adorable stamp set and pattern papers. For my card, I used these pretty pattern papers from Reverse Confetti Under The Umbrella paper pad .  One of the Reverse Confetti Lacy Scallop Circles dies cut from Lawn Fawn cardstock is the backdrop for these too-darn-cute chicks (just love 'em!) from Lawn Fawn Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set . For my next project, I created a treat bag using Reverse Confetti Scalloped Bag & Tags Creator dies to cut a pattern from Reverse Confetti Under The Umbrella paper pad . I used one of the dies from the set to cut an opening in the front and adhered a piece of Hero Arts Acetate behind the opening.  Lastly, I added a couple more chick images from the Lawn Fawn Chirpy Chirp Chirp stamp set and tied the tag...

Is it a Bag or Is it an Envelope?

Hello, Butterfly Reflection, Ink friends! What better way to start off the new week with a new BRI project!   I have always used treat bags for...well, treats! But the idea came  to me to turn it into an envelope for a card.     I love that the glitter stars add so much texture to a simple treat bag. A simple paper banner is added to the bag to act as a closure. A simple sentiment is stamped on the bottom of the banner.  To finish the envelope, I added a couple different embellishments (the heart and the enamel dots).   Supplies from the BRI shop : Cosmo Cricket- Treat Bags My Mind's Eye - Enamel Dots and Mildred Paper Pad Waffle Flower Crafts - Bowtiful Stamp Set Heidi Swapp - Clear Heart Embellishments   Have a wonderful day! A Purr-fect Treat Bag

Happy Tuesday!!!   Danielle here today to get you started on your Halloween treat bags!!   These cute bags can be mass produced very easily.  I used the Cosmo Cricket  - What a treat glittery vellum bags  as my treat bags.  These bags are very heavy duty and can hold a lot of candy!!!  Then I used a non holiday themed paper pack!!!  Quick Tip: Use up your old paper pads by finding colors that go with holidays.  This orange polka doted and the dark brown grid paper comes from the Kaiser Craft - Happy Snaps 6.5 x 6.5 pad.   Who woulda thought, right???  lol  I created a decorative edge with a punch from my stash. It's hard to see, but its a spider web.  I wanted to match the bag with some of the paper so I tool the Stars from the Lawn Fawn - Spooktacular set and inked it up in some Versamark Ink (my favorite for embossing) and used the Ranger Holographic Embossing Powder.  Then I colored up the cute kitt...
