Hi Everyone! It's Jenny here, and I'm taking a break from Christmas today (gasp!) to bring you two cards which use a cool stencil technique involving glitter paste, stencils and ink blending. You don't even need layering stencils to create this look. For my first card, I used a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock and taped it to a craft mat. I then used Distress Oxide inks in Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry and blended them over the A ltenew Layered Dahlia Stencil A using a mini ink blending tool. I removed the stencil and applied Stencil B , making sure to line it up (it's easy to do). I applied Nuvo Glimmer Paste in Moonstone . This is my favorite Nuvo Glimmer Paste. It's clear with lots of iridescent sparkle. I found whne i applied it over the Oxides, it almost appeared to take on the colour it was applied over. Very cool look!
