"Love, Home, Family" Scrapbook Layout ///Pink Paislee Auburn Lane Collection

Hi, crafty friends.... Heather here to share a scrapbook layout with you...I had a great time making this and hope you like it too!   The picture is of myself, husband, and daughter and I love the Pink Paislee Auburn Lane collection with it!  I started with a piece of white cardstock and really wanted to play with my new Shimmerz Paints because they match this collection so well.  I used the paints on the background and the cut file title cut file I cut on my Silhouette.     I matted my photo on a couple patterned papers from the 6 x 8 paper pad and popped it up on some adhesive foam.     To add texture, I machine stitched my title and the circle cut file to the background.       To embellish my layout, I used the cute little puffy stickers , rub ons , and stickers from the 6 x 8 sheet of accent stickers .  To back the embellishment clusters, I used a couple of p...

Love the Game Layout

Good morning and happy Saturday! Samantha here and I'm sharing a little layout with you today! I won't go into too much detail on how I actually created the layout, because I'm taking this AMAZING class , and the details are all there! Ha! :) But I will talk about the AWESOME products and story of this layout! Win!! :) I decided to go with a navy and yellow color combo, because I am totally CRUSHING on navy lately! It goes with everything! I just love it! So I tinted some of my embossing paste with some paint to get the yellows in the stars through the stencil !  Then I added some texture by using Chipboard Stickers and Ephemera from the Shimelle Starshine Collection ! The title was created with the navy Thickers ! I added some texture to the layout by stitching one some onf my elements - LOVE that! Then, I used some http://butterflyreflectionsink.3dcartstores.com/Stitched-Painted-Rub-Ons_p_2523.html rubons from the Amy Tangerine Stitched collection to a...

February Mood Board

It's makes a great non-traditional Valentine's Day palette too! Mint, Gold, Soft Pink and Navy Image Sources: Pinterest And here is my layout it inspired!  I started with creating my background by splattering several mist colors on white cardstock. Once the mist was dry I added white embossing paste with a stencil. Then I went back in and added a few rub-ons and stickers. Once my background was done I layered several papers from a few different paper pads and tucked in other elements like the gold foil die cuts, "awesome" overlay, stickers and enamel shapes. Layout titles are seriously the bane of my existence. I don't know why I struggle with them so much, but I do! I pulled these wood tiles from my stash and tried to piece something together and I think it turned ou...
