Hi everyone! Ashley here and I'm super excited to be back on the Butterfly Reflections Ink blog with a fun interactive card. This is another card that focuses on a mini stamp set - Lawn Fawn's Little Fireflies . If you saw my last post, you'll know that I sometimes struggle to make an entire card focused around one mini stamp set - I usually prefer when there are a bunch of different images to use. I made it work on this card by repeating the two firefly images over and over, focusing more at the bottom and less at the top to give a bit of visual interest. I stamped out the fireflies in Versafine Onyx Black ink , and embossed them with clear embossing powder. I then blended some Distress Oxide ink in Black Soot onto the bottom half of the card, to give a faint ombre effect.
