Fluttering By

Hi Friends! It is Dana here today and I am excited to be back sharing a card with you all. For my card I chose to use a few fun sets from Concord & 9th . Let's get started... I started my card by creating my background. I used the Fluttering By Turnabout Stamp Set and my Misti . Have you tried one of the Turnabout Stamps from Concord & 9th? They are so fun and easy to use. I love all the different patterns and designs they are available in. Make sure you check them all out here: Turnabout Stamps . Next, I used the Bold Butterflies Stamp Set to stamp the larger (focal) butterfly. These two sets work so well together though they can also be used alone.  I mounted the butterfly onto a frame that I had die cut with the Spring Circles Die from Pretty Pink Posh. Lastly, I stamped my sentiment from the Fluttering By Stamp Set directly onto my frame. Thanks for joining me today. I hope you enjoyed my card and I hope to be back soon to share another project with you all....

Birthday Kitties

Hi Friends! It's Dana here with you today and I am sharing a card that uses a fun stamp, stencil and die combo set from Waffle Flowers Crafts.   I started my card by stamping my birthday kitty with the Birthday Kitties Stamp Set . I then used the coordinating Birthday Kitties Stencil to add color to my image. This step is so quick and easy! Next, I used the coordinating Birthday Kitties Die to die cut my image. Isn't the kitty just adorable? There is also a similar puppy set: Birthday Puppies .  For my card panel, I used the Stitched Diamond Panel Die . This is a great basic die that adds the perfect amount of detail to your card panel. I mounted my diamond panel onto a piece of light gray patterned paper from the Sunny Studios Polka Dot Parade Paper Pack . Lastly,  I stamped my sentiment (from the Birthday Kitties Stamp Set) onto a black piece of cardstock and heat set it with white embossing powder.  I then attached my sentiment and birthday kitty to my card pan...

The colors I used were Coral Reef , Passion Fruit and Mint . I just recently purchased full sized stamp pads of PinkFresh Ink and I have to say I am in love...I highly recommend their ink and you can find a full range of  colors in the Butterfly Reflections, Ink online store. I then layered my elements together and attached them to my A2 base.  Thanks for joining me today. I hope I inspired you to try some of new products from Pinkfresh Studio . They are so fun and easy to use, you won't be disappointed.  Enjoy your day, Dana

Taylored Expressions

G ood Morning Friends! It is Dana here today and I am excited to be back sharing a card with you all. For my card today, I am using some fun birthday supplies from Taylored Expressions .  I started my card by stamping the Taylored Expressions Gifted Background Stamp with VersaFine Clair Black Ink . I stamped my background twice, once for the back panel and once for the front. I then heat set my stamping with Clear Embossing Powder . Next, I used one of my stamped panels and attached the Gifted Stencil to the panel with Purple Tape  to hold it in place. I then added Distress Oxide Ink  in a variety of colors to my panel. Next, I used the second panel I had stamped and ran it through my die cutting machine with the Gifted Cutting Plate . Snow Much Fun

H i Friends!! It is Dana here today and I am so happy to be back on the Butterfly Reflections, Ink blog sharing a Christmas project with you all. I needed a few more gift card holders for my gift giving this year, so I pulled out some of my favorite stamps, dies and patterned paper to get started. I started by using the  Stocking Gift Card Holder Honey Cuts  to die cut my stocking. I used the  Sunny Studio Very Merry Paper Pack  along with  White Cardstock . Once everything was die cut I used  Liquid Adhesive  to assemble my stocking. I found the liquid glue to dry really quickly but still give me a little time to get everything lined up correctly. *Your gift card attaches to the inside piece of your stocking, the piece that slides in and out. Next, I used the  Avery Elle Snow Fun Clear Stamps  to stamp my snowmen for the front of my stockings. I colored my images with Copic markers and used the coordinating dies to cut them...

I just kept adding more and more images to build my desired wreath. The stencil keeps everything lined up perfectly, so easy! Here is what my wreath looked like as I was building it: To make my A2 card, I cut my 4x4 wreath in half. I attached my wreath to the top and bottom of my card mat. Next, I added a white and gray strip of cardstock to the center of my card (this covers the gap that was created from cutting my wreath in half). For my sentim...
