Butterfly Reflections, Ink

Hi, friends! Rubeena here with a card using WPlus9 goodies. I started off with a piece of white cardstock and used blending foam tool to color in  Cracked Pistachio . I colored in a portion diagonally and taped down micropore tape so that I could leave straight lines. After that, I cut off two corners and used a stitch die on all sides of the colored piece.  Before any embossing, I heat the cardstock to make sure it's dry and then apply some  embossing powder . Using the  Sparkle & Shine  stamp set, I took the stamp that had the five little gems in a row and stamped two sides of the colored piece using  VersaMark ink  and heat embossed it in gold. I took the "you" from WPlus9's Hand Lettered Thanks dies and cut it out from the pistachio-colored piece. I die-cut a few other white pieces to layer beyind it using  Multi Matte Medium . Hello there and happy National Scrapbook Day! Amanda here with you today to share this months mood board! Peach. yellow, orange and pink come together in this fun and fresh palette! It's like a punch of summer! And here is the layout I created for it!   Does anyone else have trouble scrapbooking themselves? I still find it a little awkward after spending years only creating layouts of, or me with, my son. The great thing about scrapping myself though is all the pretty stuff I can use! I used a bunch of rub ons and stamps using the mood board colors to create my own little strip of patterned paper and then continued pulling those colors into the layers. I just love these colors together! Hello there! Amber here with a quick card to share with you today :) I've been playing with my Altenew Halftone Hello stamp set again, can't put it down! I paired it with MME's On Trend papers from the 6x6 pad. I love these papers, they all have gold foil accents, they're so pretty! I cut the chat bubble with MFT's Stitched Speech Bubble die and stamped the sentiment. I used Hero Arts Ombre inks for the hello, it's the mint to teal pad, so gorgeous! The arrows and heart are from the On Trend Mixed Bag Die Cuts.   The gold scallops were cut from foil cardstock with the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Border Lawn Cuts!
