Happy St. Patrick's Day - Mood Board Inspiration with Jane

Happy Sunday!  Today, I'm sharing this super fun interactive card inspired by the March mood board!  Since St. Patrick's day is around the corner, I thought I'd create a fun interactive card using a mix of new and old Lawn Fawn products.  You'll find the products I used, as well as the new Lawn Fawn release at the Butterfly Reflections Ink store .   To start my card, I first ink blended an A2 piece of Bristol smooth cardstock using distress oxide inks kitsch flamingo and squeezed lemonade .  Then, I used the puffy cloud background to cut the cloudy background.  Next, using the stitched rainbow die, I cut a rainbow using various colored cardstock.  Then I used the swish 'n pop die to create a pull tab mechanism to allow the rainbow to move.  The stitched mountain border die , simple stitched hillside die and stitched hillside borders used to create the front panel of the card.  This panel is large enough for the rainbow to hide beh...

have a magical day

This card is *technically* a St. Patrick's Day card, but I really just wanted to create a fun, happy spring card ... we all need a little happy right now, I think. The card is a tri-fold card.  The top layer is mostly acetate, nestled between the clouds at the top and a layer of grass at the bottom.   The top layer lifts to reveal a full scene, complete with a little leprechaun, house and lucky lady bug. I seem to be on a fussy-cutting kick! Here are a few close-ups of the card ... scroll to the bottom of this post for a list of supp...

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Hello Friends and Happy March 1st! It is  Dana  here today sharing two gift card holders perfect for St. Patrick's Day...or just change the paper and they are perfect for anytime you need a little gift!! I started by using the  Coffee Card Gift Holder Honey Cuts Dies . I am telling you right now...you need this die set!! If you ever give a gift card to your favorite coffee shop then this die is for you. I started by die cutting the main cup from green cardstock. I then cut the top piece again with paper from the  Doodlebug Design: Lots O' Luck Paper Pad . I trimmed the bottom (overhang) off and attached it to my green cardstock base. If you use a full size sheet of paper you can skip this set...I wanted the pattern and I only had it in 6 x 6. Here is what that looks like: Next, I began working on my stamped images. I used the  Pretty Pink Posh: Best Of Luck Stamp Set  to stamp my leprechauns. I colored them with a variety of  Copic...
