Bunny encouragement card by Gladys

Hello everyone! Gladys here with fun encouragement card to share with you using Mama Elephant products . First, I die cut the bunny because I knew it would take up the most space on my card. This bunny is from the Favor Bag Accessory dies which is meant to be used with treat bags but it's also great for cards. I glued the elements together with liquid glue since some of the pieces were small and it also gave me time to move it in the right place. To add interest,  I added stardust stickles to the bow, glossy accents for the eyes, and a combination of kitsch flamingo and spun sugar for the blush on her cheeks. Next I stamped the bunnies from the Little Line Agenda with milk chocolate ink . I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies . I went with a soft pastel colors because I had Easter on my mind.  To create the scene, I used the Sweet Feline scalloped edges die cut from Bristol smooth cardstock. I used shaded lilac , salvag...

Berry Awesome card by Gladys

Hello crafty friends and welcome back! Gladys here with another cute card using Lawn Fawn's strawberry stamp sets. I had to get all the strawberry stamps and dies from the latest release because they go so well together. Here I combined the Strawberries add-on and Berry Special set. First I stamped out the images on 110lb cardstock using milk chocolate  ink. I used copic markers to color them then used the coordinating dies to cut them out. I did use the jar from How You Bean stamp set for the pile of strawberries .   Next I cut a panel that was a little smaller than a standard A2 size. I began ink blending the background using distress oxide inks in seedless preserves , picked raspberry , saltwater taffy , mowed lawn and twisted citron . For interest I diluted mowed lawn with a bit of water and splattered it on the bottom panel using a small paint brush. I  repeated the steps using seedless preserves on the top part of the panel.  For interest I wrapped ...

Altenew - Garden Treasure

Hey friends! It's Jess ! I'm so excited to be back with you again this week to share a pretty little card using products from Altenew. To start my card off, I taped a piece of cardstock down to a wood board with washi tape. I knew I was going to be adding some water to my project and taping it down helps minimize warping. I stamped out the largest outline image from Garden Treasure a few times on my cardstock. I used Raven Detail Ink for this. Once I had all of my flowers stamped in the position I wanted, I grabbed my Aqua Pigments from Brutus Monroe. These liquid water colors are so great and they're super easy to use. I used Violet, Yellow, and Coral for my card today. I added a drop or two of each pigment to my media mat and used a water brush to paint the color on to my cardstock. I wanted a loose watercolor look, so I purposefully went outside the lines of each flower. I liked how this gave it a little more of a whimsical look. After I watercolored each ...
