Hello! I only have one week of school left, so I thought it was fitting to make a card about finishing the school year. As some of you might know I’m a first grade teacher, so I had to have some books on the card as well. I used some amazing products from Mama Elephant to create a super sweet and happy scene. I’ll take you through the steps. First I cut a panel of white cardstock with the Cloud Nine dies. I also cut the hooray sentiment from Hooray Wishes out of that same white cardstock twice and glued them together. Then I used Spun Sugar Distress Oxide ink and Kitsch flamingo to create a sweet pink wall with the Brick Stencil from Lawn Fawn. While that was drying I used Jet Black ink to stamp the images on some copic friendly paper and used the matching dies to cut them out. The images and sentiments I used are from Hooray Wishes , Book Worm and Comic Sayings .
