Happy Easter in Bunnyville!

Hi crafty friends! Happy Easter! Peggy here with, of course, an Easter card!  I am so excited to show you my first project with Sunny Studio Stamps . Today I'm crafting with two stamp sets from the 2022 Spring Release, the adorable Bunnyville  and Little Birdie ! Let's get started! I started by cutting a panel from some white cardstock and ink blended with Lawn Fawn's Plaid Stencil with Spun Sugar ,  Kitsch Flamingo and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide inks. I wanted to make the sentiment from the Bunnyville stamp set the star of the show. Therefore, I stamped the sentiment from the Bunnyville stamp set in brown pigment ink in the middle of the panel. I used a layer of Versamark Embossing Ink over top and heat embossed with clear powder. Next, I covered the sentiment with a piece of paper and added gold metallic watercolor paint splatters to my panel. I used two stitched nested oval dies to create a white frame to put around my heat embossed sentiment. I adhered the fr...

Bunny encouragement card by Gladys

Hello everyone! Gladys here with fun encouragement card to share with you using Mama Elephant products . First, I die cut the bunny because I knew it would take up the most space on my card. This bunny is from the Favor Bag Accessory dies which is meant to be used with treat bags but it's also great for cards. I glued the elements together with liquid glue since some of the pieces were small and it also gave me time to move it in the right place. To add interest,  I added stardust stickles to the bow, glossy accents for the eyes, and a combination of kitsch flamingo and spun sugar for the blush on her cheeks. Next I stamped the bunnies from the Little Line Agenda with milk chocolate ink . I colored them with Copic markers and cut them out using their coordinating dies . I went with a soft pastel colors because I had Easter on my mind.  To create the scene, I used the Sweet Feline scalloped edges die cut from Bristol smooth cardstock. I used shaded lilac , salvag...

Gina K Designs

Happy Friday Friends!! It is  Dana  here today sharing a card perfect for Easter, or anytime. I am using the  Gina K Wreath Builder Stamp & Stencil  for my project. Are you familiar with these products? They are so clever and easy to use! I started by placing my  Gina K Wreath Builder Template Stencil  in my  Original MISTI . Next, I placed a 4x4 inch piece of white cardstock in the stencil. I used the  Gina K Original Wreath Builder Stamp Set  for all of my floral images. I just kept adding more and more images to build my desired wreath. The stencil keeps everything lined up perfectly, so easy! Here is what my wreath looked like as I was building it: To make my A2 card, I cut my 4x4 wreath in half. I attached my wreath to the top and bottom of my card mat. Next, I added a white and gray strip of cardstock to the center of my card (this covers the gap that was created from cutting my wreath in half). For my sentim...

Hello Friends! It is  Dana  here today with an Easter card using the Adorable  Chubby Bunny Stamp Set from Sunny Studio . I started my card by using the  Sunny Studio: Comic Strip Everyday Die . I used: Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, Worn Lipstick, Squeezed Lemonade and Carved Pumpkin ink. To finish my card panel, I inlaid my ink blended squares and rectangles back into the Comic Strip Frame. I set my card panel aside and began working on stamped images. I stamped all the images from the  Chubby Bunny  stamp set with  Gina K Jet Black Amalgam Ink . I then used a variety of  Copic Markers  to color the images. LawnFawn Eggstra Amazing Easter

Happy Tuesday crafty friends! Hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Danielle here up on the BRI blog today with fun Easter card featuring Lawn Fawn Eggstra Amazing Easter stamp set .  With Easter right around the corner, I figure it's not too early to start my cards for family and friends. I started off my card with a plain white card base.  I then trimmed down another piece of Lawn Fawn Peacock cardstock a little bit shorter for my second layer and adhered to my card base using tape adhesive . For my top layer, I used the new Lawn Fawn Spring Fling 6x6 paper pack and trimmed it shorter than my previous layer and adhered using foam adhesive..  I love that this paper pack comes with 12 different patterns and is perfect for spring.  For the die cut center, I used Lawn Fawn Reversed Stitched Scalloped Circle Window die . This created the cute scalloped center in my patterned panel.  I ran this die through my cutting machine again this time on a white piec...

Love is in the air

Good morning! Alix here to share a birthday + love card with you by using Pretty Pink Posh products. I made this card thinking it is perfect for a friend who has his anniversary and wife's birthday on the same day. I combined Pretty Pink Posh January and March releases to make this card having double meanings. To begin with my card making, I stamped my images from Pretty Pink Posh Buuny Friends stamp set and Birthday Friends stamp set onto Neenah Solar white 80lbs cardstock paper with Memento ink in Tuxedo Black, then colored them with my copic markers.I used coordinating dies to cut them out and set aside. To create the background panel, I used a flat brush created some Not So perfect lines onto Tim Holtz distress watercolor paper using Gansai Tambi watercolor paint in #32 red mixed with #10 white, then splatter the same paint over the upper part of the paper. Once all paints were dried, I started to create the shaker window. I used Pretty Pink Posh Love Shaker die ...

Creating Easter Card with Simple Watercolor Background

Good Morning and Happy Tuesday, I hope you all had a great Great St. Patrick's day last week. Easter Day is around the corner. I made this card today so I could prepare it early and avoid doing it at the last minute. I am so in love with these Bunnies and flower elements from Pretty Pink Posh Bunny Friends stamp set . I die cut them with coordinating dies and colored with Copic Markers couple weeks ago. I did A LOT. I meant I probably colored at least 30+ bunnies and 100+ flowers and foliage. Call me crazy. But it is so handy to make a card whenever I want to with free of stress. Now let us turn the topic into making this card. To prepare the background, I used a medium flat head brush applying Distress Oxide in Picked Raspberry mixed with water, and applied on a piece Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Paper . I kept moving around the water and add more color so I could build a little bit color gradient. I dried them with my Heat tool  and splattered some leftover paint ov...

Are you ready for Spring?

Hello Everyone! Are you ready for Spring? Its been warm last week. We were all getting ready to say hi to Spring. Then winter decided to come back and it came back hard. We had lots of raining and snowing. I made this card to express how much I miss the spring. How's the weather where you live? I grabbed a piece of Tim Holtz Distress watercolor paper and wet the whole background with water. I used a flat brush and lightly applied Gansai Tambi watercolor paint in Aqua onto the whole background. Then I made some more concentrated paint to smudge onto the background using a piece of acetate paper. Splattered the same paint after air dry the background. I cut the background using Pretty Pink Posh Storybook 5 die . For the bigger window background cut out, I used Lawn Fawn Simple Stitched Hillside Border die to create a hill. I stamped the sentiment "Spring is Here" using Memento ink in Tuxedo Black . To create the shaker window, I first adhered a piece of ac...

Hello everyone, this is Nicky back with you again sharing some pastel springtime goodness with this new card featuring the ultra adorable Somebunny Stamp Set by My Favorite Things . I ink blended a panel ever so delicately in pale pink, yellow and orange using Distress Inks and utilising the amazing Clarity Stencil Brushes .  I die cut the panel using Blueprints #25 by My Favorite Things to provide the stitched edge affect. I then stamped all of the images from Somebunny including the clouds with archival ink.  The clouds were ink blended in pale blue then  I watercolour painted the bunnies and chicks using my Zig Clean Color Real Brush  markers and die cut them out.  One of my clouds received a friendly smiley face care of the Rainy Days stamp set by Pretty Pink Posh . Before adhering the elements with dimensional foam tape I used Copic markers to dot in a little suggestion of ground, pebbles and grass.   I also added some subtle twinkling ...
