Hey there! Today we're sharing a few more takes on the sketch that was posted over the weekend. Here are Tiffany, Trish and e's projects! Enjoy!!!
Hello Blogosphere! For today's card, I used Paper Smooches Positive Strokes to create a colorful ombre background to my main Lawn Fawn Float My Boat image! I even used that beautiful Gold Delicata Ink (swoon*), snuck in small strips of washi tape, and incorporated some We R Memory Keepers enamel dots! For a simple card, I made it quite complicated! Whew- Enjoy and I hope to see your creations incorporating the sketches in your projects!
Hey Everyone, it's Trish and I'm exciting to be taking part in the sketch challenge here at Butterfly Reflections, Ink.
I love mixing up different patterns and colors of paper from the same collection and when I came across the watercolored flowers sheet, I knew I had to use it! I decided to cut out a few flowers to accent my super Bold sentiment! And as a final touch, I added a few enamel dots!
My card for today feature My Mind's Eye Honey 6x6" paper pad, Paper Smooches Bold Buzzwords Stamp set, and My Mind's Eye enamel dots (all of which can be found in the store!)

i love using sketches for inspiration, because it pushes me to try things i might not otherwise. but i always have to play around with it - i never color solely in the lines! for this layout i grabbed my wonderful trio of AC girls, Maggie, Lizzy and Amy. i used papers and elements from the Styleboard, Daydreamer and Plus One lines. (Layout by E Rainbow Bee)
LOVE these projects and takes on the sketches!! tiffany's card is amazing! i LOVE the swoooshes of color and that tiny little sailboat - genius!! trish's hello card is awesome! i LOVE how she mixed all of the patterned papers together! and the layout - swoon! i LOVE seeing layouts! this one has so much texture and dimension!! i LOVE it! and the title totally cracks me up!
ReplyDeleteThese projects are all great, but anything with GOLD on it tends to steal the show in my book! Love it Tiffany!!! ;)
