Oh Yes You Did Chevron Card

Hey Guys!!  Its Trish here again with another project for you all.  I have to tell you that I've been seriously loving all of these products that I've gotten the chance to create with that are available in the Butterfly Reflections, Ink store!

Today's card is a pretty simple one and it involves one of my newest addictions....Stencils!

For today's project I'm using the Here and There Mask Chevron Stencil by Studio Calico.  These are currently 40% off in the store, so hurry on over and get yourself one :)  There are tons of things that can be done with this Stencil but I wanted to use some Ink with it.

I attached the stencil to the front of my card with some masking tape and masked off each row of Chevron while inking it up with each color with the Tim Holtz Mini Ink Blending Tool.  I'm using Momento Luxe Ink in Sweet Plum and some Hero Arts Shadow Ink in Navy, Tide Pool, Mint Julep, and Green Hills.

Once the card has been inked up and has dried, I used some VersaMark Ink to stamp a sentiment from  Avery Elle Brushed stamp set and some ink blobs.  Then heat embossed the sentiment and ink blobs with some black glitter embossing powder.

And that completes the card for today!!  Hope you guys enjoyed :)
