Hello! Rubeena here. It is my last month being on the BRI Design Team and am sad that it's coming to an end.
I began by using Tim Holtz watercolor paper and watercolored freely in the center with Distress Ink in Peacock Feathers. Using MFT Die-namics Stitched Circle Frames, I die-cut where I watercolored. I used the same circle frame die to die-cut double-sided foam sheet to use for the shaker part. Then I used a rectangle die to cut the same paper to make it smaller than A2 size. I matted it down with Scor-Tape. I taped down one side of the circle foam sheet. I took the sentiment from WPlus9's Doodle Buds and stamped it on the inner circle with Ranger Archival Jet Black Ink. I taped that down with Scor-Tape within the foam sheet.
The circle frame that I die-cut was taped over some Dura-Lar film (acetate alternative). I fussy cut the excess. I added some Scor-Tape behind the circle frame part. Then I carefully removed the top part of the foam sheet and added 3mm Sparkling Star Sequin in Iridescent White. I closed off the shaker card by taping down the circle frame over it.
On white cardstock, I stamped some of the floral doodles in Ranger Archival Jet Black Ink. I colored them with various Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and fussy cut them. I added some dots to the florals with a white gel pen and the black Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pen. I added the florals on the card as shown in the image and tapped some drops of Peacock Feathers around the frame. I taped down the whole piece over a white card base.
The Zig Clean Color Brush Pens that I used: 202 Peach Pink, 025 Pink, 050 Yellow, 070 Orange, 020 Red, 048 Emerald Green, 047 May Green, 031 Cobalt Blue, 042 Turquoise Green, and 010 Black.
