Hello, it's Lisa here with you today! I am so excited to get to pop in on the blog today as a Guest Designer! As we are inching closer to the Holidays we are also inching closer to the cut off date for having your Holiday Cards in the mail so they can be enjoyed in time. While I have made plenty of cards for others to send out, I have yet to make any for myself. (yikes!) So today I have three cards to get me going in the right direction and that are easy to make/mass produce. ( Please excuse the photo quality as it has been rather rainy here the last couple days making it hard to get a great shot, grrr! )
For all of these cards I started by stamping my sentiments from the My Favorite Things Hand Lettered Holiday Stamp Set (which happens to be on sale, yay!) with Versafine Ink. I also used the same stencil by My Favorite Things called Snowfall (also on sale!). For the above card I chose to cover it with white embossing paste and Ranger Distress Rock Candy Stickles. While you can't see the shine in this photo, it is so pretty in person!
For my second card I went over my stencil with Ranger Paint Dabber in Gold Metallic. I then used a Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangle Die to cut the center out at an angle and then adhere it straight to add some interest.
My third card screams traditional by using the new Lucky Clover Distress Ink pad and went over the stencil with Barn Door Distress Ink Pad in various areas.
And there you have it! Three cards that are all unique ( to keep me from getting bored when mass producing, hehehe! ) using two main supplies and making the most of them!
Now don't forget that there is an amazing sale going on right now in the store where you can still get 20% off your entire purchase! PLUS: Christmas items are already a 10% off and there is a clearance section too! Double Score!
*** For today only every $30 spent gets a free Zig Clean Color Marker! 11/29/15
Happy Crafting/Shopping!
Lisa
