Good morning! Jess here with a set of fun and unique colorburst cards!
The secret to this look? An air puffer used to clean photograph equipment! I highly recommend using a puffer that's strictly reserved for crafting use...you wouldn't want to accidentally puff powder into the inner workings of your camera!!
It's a fairly simple process...you place a piece of watercolor paper in a scrap box (to keep the powders from getting everywhere), sprinkle colorburst powder onto the paper, spritz it with water, and then puff away! The puffing creates those thin tendrils of color. I've created a video showing the process for three of my cards!

To complete each card I used my mini MISTI to stamp sentiments from WPlus9's That is All and Altenew's Painted Inspiration with versamark before heat-embossing them with white embossing powder. I trimmed each watercolor panel down and adhered it to a black cardstock base and added a sprinkling of sparkling clear sequins on some of the cards. Here's a look at each card!

I love the depth and dimension created by the variation in the colorburst powders. I don't think there's any other medium on the market that can create such a bright and vibrant color! I used colorburst powders in turquoise, ultramarine blue, orchid, fuchsia, tangerine, alizarin crimson, violet, lemon yellow, and orange.
