Hi there! It's Lorraine (Created by Lorraine) sharing my last card as part of Butterfly Reflections Ink's Design Team. Though I am sad to leave, I am incredibly thankful to Vanessa for giving me such an amazing opportunity to grow as a crafter and share my work. What a great experience! As a small token of my gratitude, I packed a whole lot of love into this project...
To make this card, I first stamped, colored (with copics) and die cut the images using a number of Lawn Fawn products, including Love You Tons stamps and dies for the elephants and sentiment; Year Four stamp and die for the balloon.
I also used Lawn Fawn lawn cuts, Say Cheese, to make the picture frame. I then die cut the sun and clouds from Lawn Fawn patterned paper, using the Spring Showers lawn cuts.
Then I assembled the shaker card. I adhered clear acetate to the picture frame with glue, then adhered narrow strips of foam adhesive to the back. I then cut a piece of patterned paper the same size as the polaroid frame and put some sequins on top of it. Then I adhered the picture frame on top of the patterned paper to create the shaker element.
To finish up my card, I stamped the sentiment to the card base and used strong tape to adhere the shaker element to the card base. Lastly, I completed the design by adhering the die cuts with glue or foam tape.
Thank you for coming by and thank you -- Vanessa and the BRI fam -- for your support. It really has been a honor to be part of the BRI team. As the card says, love you tons!
