Karen B. from The Bald Dragonfly here, with a card creation that features two products from different companies. I really enjoy combining unlikely images to create a fun, clean card. I started this card by stamping with black ink and clear heat embossing with clear powder the Tree Ring from Concord & 9th onto watercolor paper as well as a sentiment from My Favorite Thing's Forest Friends. Onto a separate piece of watercolor paper, I applied the same treatment to the bear and leaves from My Favorite Thing's Forest Friends. I colored each image very loosely with Gansai Tambi Watercolors, then die cut the leaves and bear with the My Favorite Things Forest Friends Die-namics. The tree ring panel was mounted onto a piece of patterned paper from the My Favorite Things Trail Mix 6x6 Paper Pack, which was then mounted to a white card base. I finished the card by adhering the bear and leaves with dimensional adhesive and adding a mixture Nuvo Crystal Drops Ebony Black and Apple Green.
